Horrible horrible horrible ! Oh and did I forget to mention HORRIBLE? I’ve been a patient for quite some time now & while I use to LOVE the staff there, the entire office and staff has just fallen apart right before my eyes. Where is Shamika? It Seems to me she is the one whom held the office together because this new so called office manager Tiffany, doesn’t seem to have a clue as to what she is Doing. She is not personable whatsoever, she is rude as hell and has a down right out nasty attitude. Isn’t this Dr. Jaines office/practice or is it the nurse practitioners office, Erin because I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually SEEN Dr. Jaine in the office treating patients? I’ll be removing my self from this drama filled zone of a office and finding another doctor A SAP !! The staff is beyond rude! Not only to us patients but to each other. I’ve heard them arguing with one another even going as far as to use profanity and all of this happening while patients sit in your waiting room? Are you kidding me? I wished I was but NO… I’m surely not. So, Word of advice(if you do care anything about the practice you’ve built) BRINGBACKTHEOLDOFFICEMANAGERSHAMIKA !!! Tiffany belongs in the file room. The only thing she knows how to run is her mouth. To simply put it, SHESUCKS !

I showed up for my appointment at a shared office(not the main office) and they immediately asked me to do a urinalysis. Fair, right? They want to avoid drug seekers. They then sent an $ 8000 bill to my insurance for the urinalysis. Um, WHAT? I spoke with someone named«Patrick» for about a ½ hour — not sure of his last name or how to reach him or even what his credentials are. They wanted to draw blood — I refused because I have a $ 5000 deductible and I couldn’t get a real reason from them as to why they needed it. After a short exam to check my motion in my back, they prescribed some pain creams and patches(then why did they need to run that urinalysis at all?) and told me to get an MRI which should be ordered through my chiropractor, not them. They said they would have a prescription broker call me to sort out the pain creams and that they would follow back up with me once they got the MRI results from my chiropractor. It turned out the pain creams and patches are upward of $ 1000 each. I’ll take a pass on that, thank you. That would hurt worse than the actual back pain! The MRI results were returned to my chiropractor, who immediately forwarded them to «Patrick». My chiropractor has modified his care of me accordingly and suggested that I also follow up with an orthopedist as well. It has been 2 weeks since the results were sent to these hacks and I haven’t heard back from«Patrick» at all, except to send a bill. Shiesters indeed! It seems they are just trying to make a profit off of insurance companies. Now I have to argue about not paying all these ridiculous bills for one ½ hour of conversation, because I will flat out refuse to give them one dime.
