This Chipotle is quite big but it gets fill up quickly at lunch time. Their are plenty of parking spots. The staff are nice even if it’s crowded. I would definitely recommend.

Will not be coming here again. The employees are rude and slow. Theyve also been skimping on ingredients that they charge extra for. I love chipotle but this location and staff sucks

I went here for a quick lunch during a break I had from a 5k walk/run that I did the warm up for the Lantern Run and I was not happy. The chicken tasted weird to me and honestly I was so hungry and pressed for time that I devoured my burrito fast. Typically I would have mentioned it to a manager and got my money back or something else. We had only 30 minutes so I dealt with it. I will say that my choice of bottled fruit juice from there was good to me but I didn’t really care for their style of a burrito and I love Chilosos way better, which seems to be compared to Chipotle for some reason. They are very different! I won’t be going back to Chipotle.

Just another Chipotle. Nothing special about it. Consistent food, consistent taste, yeah, but the rice and chicken in my burrito weren’t particularly hot. Lukewarm food just doesn’t do it for me. Also, I always need double meat to feel satisfied with the protein content. So I always end up paying more money than I feel the food here is worth. Meh.

The food was pretty average for chipotle, but this is probably the dirtiest location I have ever been to. I got there right as the opened at 11AM and the floors we dirty and the whole place smelled like dirty dish water. It just makes me question the cleanliness of my food which I have never done at a chipotle before. There are so many other lunch spots around this location, so if you have the option I would go elsewhere.

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. And not from lack of trying! This is my 3rd time here so I felt obligated to post… Bad restrooms — Not clean. No trash bag in trash. Overall, gross(unlike my usual Chipotle experience). Food — Always out of ingredients. Are you kidding me? It’s not during in-demand times… And they won’t have black beans. Yep, black beans. And even worse, they don’t communicate plans to make more. Just«yeah, we don’t have those tonight…» No «sorry» or intent to make more. That’s just dumb. And I’m not coming here 30 minutes prior to close. Two hours prior to close, there should be basic ingredients available(or on the grill ready in 10 – 15 minutes). If I were new to Chipotle, my experience at this location would turn me away from the brand completely. Shut this location down for the betterment of the brand.

Bathroom floor was so gross that I couldn’t take a step inside. What the heck!!! Food is great but I don’t want to come to this particular Chipotle.

I haven’t been to this location in many years but I happened to be on that side of town and was in the mood for Chipotle, so I stopped in. It was about 5:00 in the afternoon and the first thing I noticed was how dirty all the tables were, but I saw a worker walking around the dining area who was in the process of tidying things up. I was especially struck by the young girl who greeted me and took my order. She was very friendly and cheerful as was everyone else who was working the serving line. Once I got my food, the tables had all been wiped down so no problem finding a clean place to eat, but the floors were still in dire need of a sweeping. The only hiccup that I encountered was the sweet tea dispenser was dispensing unsweetened tea. After bringing this to someone’s attention, they quickly remedied the situation and replaced it with sweetened tea — which by the way is very good! Now if they could just do something about the god-awful music they play in their restaurants!

My least favorite chipotle to date. The employees we very rude and slow. When I asked for chicken they put exactly half a spoon full. So I was basically paying $ 10 for some rice, beans and five small pieces of chicken This location is prime for me as its on my way home but I have made a note to never stop there for food again !!

I’ve been to this Chipotle several times, and I just love love love chipotle. This particular location is okay, when I usually come here they give generous portions and the place is spacious. Last night I came at 9:40(aware that they closed at 10) and rushed in to get some chipotle. The line here is generally pretty long, and sometimes they can be under staffed. When I went there was only veggies, sofritas, and Barbacoa left. They ran out of everything else and were not making more since they are about to close. So, I decided to try the Barbacoa(first time), It actually wasn’t bad. Although we came in last minute I was glad that they can take us and they continued to be nice to us even though they were right about to close. Having worked in restaurants for a few years, I know how frustrating it could be for a rush to come before closing, but they were really patient with us. Overall, I would recommend this location and chipotle in general!

This Chipotle is busier than normal but the line seems to move consistently. My big issue is they often run out of ingredients, and the replacement ingredient isn’t close to being ready. I dont know how many times I’ve been in line and they’re out of onions and peppers and they haven’t even started cooking more yet. They offer to let you wait 5 minutes or…*smile. They want you to feel awkward with the big line behind you and just give up on the ingredient. One time I was waiting in line for them to finish cooking the steak and the onions/peppers. A guy in front of me gave up and just got carnitas. I held out(along with people behind me) and the liine backed up because they stopped processing people through the line and provided no guidance as to what to do except stand there. Eventually I got the steak but they pretended like I hadn’t asked for onions/peppers, which were still cooking, and just wrapped my meal up and checked me out-I had informed multiple employees when each asked what we were waiting for. Otherwise, a normal chipotle.

I’ve been here quite a few times and despite their online ordering system, the food is never ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly once in a while. I can’t complain for food quality, I have to say it’s been pretty good each time. Guacamole is always fresh and delicious.

Quick and easy. At least i thought. Until i was beat by a whole family of kids. Next time i park faster and head around them. They seriously needed to sample the guac, the meats and everything before making a decision. It took 20 minutes for them to all order. Really! Seriously. It was like more children appeared as they ordered. You seriously going to chat and cut! Argh. Regardless, it wasn’t chipotle’s fault service was slow. Love this location. Food is always consistent and delicious.

Food is great however it is extremely pricey. However again you do get a very good sized portion of food for your buck so that means that you get to have food for leftovers the S meeting you got your meal for the next day!

Very disappointed, the staff was not friendly, portions were tiny, they ran out of guacamole and took awhile to find more. Overall, they were disorganized. will not go back to the Plano location

Great food! The Chairs SUCK!!! They have to be some of the most uncomfortable, rickety chairs have sat in in a long time. Forget water boarding as torture, make the prisoners at Gitmo. sit in these chairs, they’ll talk in no time. Who designed these things!

2d visit at this location. Very impressed with fast service/order taking during very busy lunch period Thu Aug 2014. Even at back of line of 30+ people very short wait to get to front to place order. Seven people taking order and serving food. You get served fast when you know what you want. Largest nr. of customers arrived just after noon making a line of over 30+. Best before noon or wait until 12:30pm to beat the week day crowd. I added new photos of the crowd before and during the rush.

I always get bowls, they put more food in them. With a tortilla on the side. I highly recommend this. They are always training new people(high turnover rate). So prepare to wait. If you can order from your smartphone, do that, so you won’t have to wait in the horrible lines around lunchtime.
