Chipotle Mexican Grill

Have never had a problem at this location. Great vegetarian meal at a low price. Maybe only place at shops at legacy U can eat for $ 9 or less. I always get one of the vegetarian burrito bowls and love the brown rice.

I will say that I love Chipotle, but it’s obvious that this restaurant chain has begun to loose their culture. I have been having poor experiences lately and this location is consistently Rude and over charge you. I go to a lot of different Chipotle restaurants and this one has been the worst so far. No other Chipotle charges me for guacamole as a side and then charges me for a side of chips and salsa. All other Chipotles charge for chips and guacamole. This happens to me every time I come here. And when asked about it, they are rude and argue that every Chipotle does this. They also have the smallest portions than any Chipotle I have ever been to.
I’ll drive extra distance to go to a different location.

I have been a faithful customer to this Chipotle location for 7 months, and overall I’ve been quite satisfied in my experience. Determined by the number of new faces in my last visit, I assume they had some challenges with their previous team. The staff now consists of a younger group both in the kitchen and on the assembly line. Needless to say I was quite disappointed this time around. The employees were busy joking with one another despite having customers to serve. I felt like I had to fight for the attention of the girls putting my order together. There was also an obvious short of the food options available. Both options of beans were empty, and the sofritas looked like it had been sitting all day. The lettuce wasn’t diced as it normally would be, and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because the fajitas were being cooked. I’m fine with waiting, but not to only to receive one small cup of vegetables for 2 bowls. After all this, one meal was created incorrectly, and both orders came out to about a third of the usual size, despite my request to be a «double serving». I later found out that they were both very cold, which was the final push for me to write this. I love Chipotle, and was very pleased with the one here at Legacy, but this is a misrepresentation of the brand. I will not give this location anymore of my business as long as this poor service continues.

Ordered delivery thru one of the urban apps. It was fast, exactly the way I ordered and tasted good. I like chipotle and it always my choice for some healthy version of Mexican food

Love Chipotle, long time favorite, some locations, not this one, have experienced food poisonings, which is a drag, but it can happen to the best of joints, I’m sure Chipotle will survive and rebound. There’s a reason their stock has been as much as $ 700 per share… their food is delish. The lines at the Legacy can get a bit long, I think they didn’t build that location big enough for such a popular area.

Bland, JUST BLAND! Tastes rushed, I’ll stick with the one in Frisco, their food is packed with loads of flavor!

Chipotle has always been one of my all-​time favorite places to go. I love all the limitless options. Doesn’t matter if I want a burrito or a bowl, they have me covered. Never a bad meal.

I mean, I’m not sure what more can be said about a chain restaurant like Chipotle that hasn’t already been said, but I do frequent this location about once/​week or every other week, and the service and quality is always consistent. I’m a fan of the burrito bowl and find that this location really piles on the toppings (which is always greatly appreciated) and the line moves super quickly. The staff is friendly, and the dining area is always clean. Oh, quick note, although the sign often looks like it might be closed, it’s open (and the staff is aware of the sign defect lol).

First let me just say how much I love Chipotle. The food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I frequent this location a lot and pick up food here almost on a weekly basis. It’s very convenient after my son’s soccer practices and games. I may have to travel up a little north to the Frisco location now.
We all know how life works, it only takes one negative to cancel out the ten positives.

For fast fresh and easy food this place is amazing. Everything on the menu is outstanding. When I find my self extremely hungry I always walk over to this spot and have never been disappointed. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I ate here a few weeks ago. I’ve always been a big chipotle fan and my recent experience just confirmed my fandom. I ordered what I normally get, a salad with all three salsas. The food line prep woman put way too much hott salsa on the salad. As I watched her I instantly knew it would be too much but I tried to eat it anyways. After a few bites I couldn’t handle it. I hate returning or wasting food. But I couldn’t eat anymore. I brought it back to the cash register and the manager kindly allowed me to start over and get a whole new salad. This time I ordered the hott salsa on the side. Needless to say from now on I will order the hott salsa on the side. I am happy with the level of customer service at the restaurant and will continue to enjoy my Chipotle!

First time at this location and was shocked there wasn’t a line like the other locations I’ve been to. So glad that’s the case cause I didn’t have to wait :)

Nicest people work here but the worst chips out of all the chipotle’s. The chips are always thick and taste old with no salt and forget the lime. Allen location has the absolutely best chips in the area. We have complained to them about the chips but they are still the same. Their chips used to be better but for the last 3 months at least they are always bad. We try to go to Allen now whenever possible all due to the chips.
10÷20÷15− Chips have improved BUT now they are burning the peppers and onions alot, but I still love this location and the people who work here are great!

It’s a freakin’ Chipotle. Granted, this one is a little small, however, I tend not to sit around and eat, choosing instead to just grab something to go. That said, I really enjoy both the barbacoa and the carnitas, however, there are times where either one or the other simply doesn’t look very good. There is some inconsistency, but I crack that up to every batch being slightly different for one reason or another. If you’re going to eat there frequently, it’s probably a good idea to have your favorite meat choice and a back-​up just incase your preferred option doesn’t look all that tasty that day. Also, the chips are by far the best chips out there. I could 10 bags with relative ease and not feel bad what-​so-​ever. Just kidding, probably would feel disgusting, but it would totally be worth it.

Ingredients are always fresh and the serving size is always been an eye opener! It’s what they are known for, however, this time is the first time that this carnivore thought he was served a vegetarian bowl. I won’t speak badly about this place because it’s been good to me but when you create an expectation for your regular customers and over promise and under deliver it makes an impact. I will be back but please be more consistent to the quality of service you have created and we have grown to expect.

A very popular fast food restaurant. We have been to many locations and always got great service and food. This location is smaller than another in Plano. If no parking available out front there is plenty in the free multi-​story parking garage behind the building.

Of course you can never give Chipotle a 1 star review due to food because we all know the food is amazing. However you can give them 1 star due to finding multiple curly hairs in your food. I hate the fact that it happened and it had to be from here, I feel like I was betrayed by a place I love idk why they did this to me.
As soon as my wife saw them in her food I made the call. I spoke with the manager named Jose who actually sounded concerned and did not think I was calling for free food. He of course did the manager thing to do and asked what I wanted which I was not when sure of, I really just wanted them to be aware that they now had hair on the menu as well. At the end of our conversation we did come to a mutual agreement and I think it was a fair. This will be their last chance though, I don’t play when it comes to food.

Yesh yesh! This location got me. I always stop by here for quick lunch. Their food sometimes is just hit or miss. Chipotle is the restaurant that really started this whole fast casual craze when you think about it. The ordering process is hassle free and simple.
Friendly service and super fast. Sometimes it can be a long line that gets processed through pretty efficiently, fresh ingredients? I guess because I don’t eat meat that much lol (chicken is excellent, pork is good, steak is good but sometimes too chewy, braised beef is great,.my friends told me!) I always go with veggie burrito bowls haha!
Overall, it’s good for go-​to food. Good price and affordable tex-mex…what’s not to like? Don’t forget the brown rice and their lime chips are just amazing!

Love me some Chipotle. 4 stars for solid fast casual. I always go with burrito bowl. If you’ve somehow never been to a Chipotle, you get in line and build your order as you go (like Subway but you have more options to choose from for what type of food you want, e.g. burrito bowl, burrito, tacos, etc). I loooove my bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, corn AND mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. If I’m feeling wealthy I may even add guac (extra charge). If I’m feeling spicy I get barbacoa instead of chicken. One bowl can go two lunches for me and I’m a fairly big eater. I can’t comment on the seating/​lack thereof as I am exclusively a Chipotle takeout person.

I don’t know if it was just a quiet evening in the land of amazing burritos and bowls, but it was so empty here! I am not even complaining! I’m a regular of the Frisco location and occasionally visit the Allen location and I wait at least 10 minutes in line to get my Chipotle fix. On a Sunday evening, the little one and I were craving it. I figured this location would be packed since the Frisco one always is, and this one is in the Shops at Legacy. Parking was so easy, which I know I just got lucky on because I saw people circling. We went in and walked right up to the counter. Never happened to me before! Service was friendly and food was consistently delicious. I think this may be my new go-​to location!
