DFW Glass Mart

Excellent Service! I hope I never need glass repair again, but if I do I will quickly call DFW Glass Mart. My insurance company has a relationship with Safelite, so when I attempted to file a claim, they suggested I call them and schedule an appointment.
Safelite couldn’t do the repair for over 1 week. That means I would have to use cardboard and tape to cover the hole for 7 whole days, inviting thieves to come back for seconds!
Additionally, Safelite quoted me a price that was 95% higher than DFW Glass Mart. I guess I was supposed to ride around with cardboard and tape for a week and pay 95% more just to say I used Safelite. Rather than settle with Safelite, I did a bit more research and decided to request a quote from DFW Glass Mart. Don’t hesitate to ask for a quote, because they respond very quickly.
I filled out a contact form on the website, and I received a response from the owner within a few minutes. The gentleman set the appointment and came to my home promptly to repair my glass same day, which happened to be on a holiday when most businesses are closed. He was extremely professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
Having your window broken can be pretty frustrating, especially if your insurance policy calls for a glass repair deductible. It really helps to know there is an affordable glass replacement service that offers fast, friendly and reliable service. Way to go DFW Glass Mart!
