Because of Terri H’s recommendation, I decided to check this place out. I didn’t bother checking anywhere else because an Elite recommendation carries a lot of weight with me. Terri’s review was right on the money. I called them about 45 minutes before closing (6pm). A gentleman answered the phone and said that he would hold the equipment that I was looking for (knee scooter). They had a pretty good selection of equipment and all of it was in good shape. The facility was clean and easy to get to. I made it there and was out of the door before closing time. The attendant even took the time to demonstrate how to properly use the equipment. I definitely recommend Hieline. I forgot to check in today though :(

We called several places in the Dallas area in search of a certain piece of hospital grade medical equipment. We only had a short time to locate this needed piece of equipment. The hospital and the insurance company weren’t very helpful with our search.
When we reached this place on the phone they had exactly what we needed and held it for us until we could get there that afternoon. The gentleman was very helpful and went over everything we needed in addition to the equipment as they didn’t have some things in stock.
Once we arrived that afternoon the equipment was waiting on us. The gentleman we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job of explaining everything including the terms of the rental contract. I recommend calling this company first if you are in the Dallas area and are in need of renting or buying medical supplies.
