John Moore, MD

Dr. Moore is one of my favorite doctors in Plano, and I work in healthcare. His office is always so accommodating and friendly. He took my tonsils out years ago, and I return every December for my annual sinus infection. I moved out of state and just came back to Texas and am so excited to get my favorite doctors back.

Great visit. Very kind and respectful to me. Dr. Moore clearly explained what he observed and what that meant. Tara was extremely nice and clear when testing my hearing. Fast Check-​in and Check-​out. Pleasant support staff.

OMG… The best experience I have had with a doctor in all of my 63 years. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call to his office. I arrived at 1:13 for a 1:30 appointment and I was finished and walking out the door by 1:30 — that just doesn’t happen in the real world! Every single person on his office staff was pleasant and helpful — I just knew that they all enjoyed their job. As for Dr. Moore, he was most knowledgable, took care of my problem, and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. The best experience!

The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to get an appointment very quickly! When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the paperwork was painless. Dr. Moore arrived within minutes of my being moved to an exam room. He was approachable, patient, and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. He is a true healthcare professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing answers and care for their sinuses, tonsils, etc.

After many months of ear infections, swimmer’s ear, and other ear annoyances, I hit my insurance website for a look at a local ENT. After checking out their website, I felt comfortable enough to give Dr. Moore’s office a shot. I arrived right at my scheduled appointment time after being stuck in traffic and the reception desk welcomed me and calmed my holy-crap-I’m-late nerves.
Dr. Moore is a miracle worker. He has a great personality and is super down to earth and personable. He quickly got to work on making me feel like a new woman and in a matter of minutes, my ailments were healed. He offered a home remedy and I’ve been following it ever since. Hopefully, I’ll never have to, but I would go back to Dr. Moore in a heartbeat.

I first started going to Dr. Moore at 16, when I used to get strep throat and sinus infections a few times a year. At 19, he took my tonsils out and recovered in a matter of days (unusual for being that old and having the surgery). As he promised, I get sick MUCH less often. I’ve only had to go see him twice in the last 6 years.
Today was one of those unfortunate times but when I woke up this morning after a miserable night of tossing, turning, sneezing and coughing, Dr. Moore’s office fitted me in within the next few hours. His bedside manner is impeccable. He is extremely attentive and very caring. He is not a doctor that rushes in and out of the room, but one that you feel truly cares about you.
If anyone is looking for a good ENT, I can assure you it doesn’t get any better than Dr. Moore.
