KAS Cleaning Services

We have used Kas Cleaning for years. They are able to accommodate our schedule and are such a help to our family!

Alicia, Karin and their staff have cleaned our home for years. They are always on time, reliable, and my house looks great when they’re done. I appreciate them fitting me into their schedule. They’ll do a great job.

We have used this cleaning service 4 – 5 times to clean our apt. Their service has gone from decent to bad. Our last experience with KAS was not a good one at all. The bed was not made up. They did not clean under the rugs in the kitchen or bathroom. All of the faucets had water spots still on them. They did not put several items back where they go after cleaning. The countertops did not seem to be cleaned as well.
We called the office and told them we were not happy with the way the apt was cleaned. They told us that they would explain to their cleaners what they missed and send them back out in a couple days. We were happy with this and hoped it would be fixed. When the cleaners showed up to correct what they had missed they asked me to go over what to clean although they were supposed to have already been told. After going over a few problems they came up with excuses for each of the mistakes and made it clear that they believed it WAS cleaned properly the first time and just stood there. They would not clean anything like we were told they would.
I could only somewhat communicate with 1 of the 3 ladies they sent out because the other 2 only spoke Spanish.
This whole problem and review could have been avoided if the cleaners would have come back to correct the mistakes made without making excuses or better yet did it right the first time. We will not be using this cleaning service ever again. We have also told other family members to stop using them.

I’ve been a client for 4 years. They do a wonderful job cleaning. I like how they send 2 – 3 ladies so they are quick and thorough. I did not give 5 stars because they do not speak English which can be frustrating to communicate.

They do a pretty good job. I’ve been using them for 8 years now. Probably won’t find a better house cleaning service. Alicia is always willing to listen and fix any issues you might have. Convenient to email a service request too.

We hired KAS cleaning to clean our 2 bedroom apartment when we moved out after 9 years of living there, so a lot of dust and grime had built up.
I contacted them for a quote by email and received a competitive price the same day.
We arranged everything by email and only talked on the phone the day of the cleaning appointment to confirm details.
The ladies were on time and very friendly. They cleaned the whole place in about 2 ½ hours and did a great job. I didn’t think we could get it this clean.
So, friendly, reliable and good price… if we ever need a cleaning service again, we’d hire them for sure!

This company is really the best! You can tell that they really value their customers. We put high value on performance and customer service and KAS cleaning services were exceptional on both accounts. Alicy is great at communicating and the 3 women crew was very professional. I found reviews on other websites and they all seemed to be really positive. They also spoke about the value of KAS Cleaning services so I went with it. I left my old cleaning people behind and hired KAS for a move-​in cleaning. We had already moved boxes and some furniture in but the crew showed up on a weekday afternoon. I didn’t think anyone worked that late, but it was great.
They gave my place a deep cleaning — vacuuming the cabinets, wiping down all surfaces, dusting the walls, the lights, the vents. They even offered to clean the fridge. The three crew members worked very hard and spent THREE hours on the house.
When I got the final bill, I was shocked. It was at the low end of the range that I had been quoted. The invoice was sent via email and we were good to go.
I will be using KAS again!
