I went to Kendra Scott on my birthday to have a necklace repaired that was given to me as a gift. (It broke the second time that I wore it!) The store was not as crowded as I anticipated, which was refreshing. However, we were not greeted, and I had to ask someone to assist us. When I showed the sales associate the broken necklace, she simply offered to replace it with a brand new one! She was pleasant and efficient. I also used my birthday discount to purchase a necklace for my daughter. The process was quick and simple and we were out of there within 15 minutes. I was satisfied with my experience.

Terrible customer service! Sales person by the name of Kara M. rang up my purchase. When my husband and I asked for a small box or bag for my purchase, she and the other sales person who had been helping me with my ring fitting, hissed with attitude. After rolling their eyes, fluttering their lashes and making comments under their breath, they stiffly handed me a bag. Weirdest experience ever at a retail establishment. I thought I was back in high school. Refuse to shop there again.

Why why why does anyone like this jewelry? First these are not real stones. Second you see yourself coming and going again & again. Who wants that? Having your own style is a good thing ladies!

I love their stuff but I went today, Wednesday afternoon and it was beyond packed. Couldn’t even walk around to look at anything. I love the half off on birthday month coupon. Very cool! But this location isn’t the best also their employees were very rude. Especially one, with darker hair, she was very snobby to me when I asked to see a piece of jewelry I love my necklace. Not so much the venue

Four stars for the product and not so much the store or location. While it’s a cute place, you’re constantly going to share each square foot with someone else, much less be able to comfortably browse the items. Keep in mind I went on a Monday at lunchtime, I can’t even imagine what this place is like on the weekends! Parking can also suck big time at the Shops. The first time I checked out this place, my friend and I both picked something out from the color bar and the lady was super helpful and patient. Second time returning, didn’t get asked if I needed any help but the cashier was pleasant.
It’s true: you get 50% off one item for your birthday month, which is going to be a final sale if you use this offer. More details, including only being able to use it once a year (so I doubt you can get away with going to different locations), are available on the checkout counter. Happy birthday, Shirley!

I anticipated a crowd visiting this store today being on the weekend, but it was worse than I expected. As we entered we were promptly greeted at the door as usual. Attempting to shop was extremely difficult. The store had customers but also a high number of employees. Everywhere we turned we were offered help but this high number of staff did not help browsing such a small store. We were helped and made an exchange and went on our way.
Additional note: We had a small umbrella stroller with infant. This further made it virtually impossible to move around the store.

Horrible, horrible customer relationship management. Found this store when shops had xmas parade. Treated very well and found what I wanted for xmas and sales person gave me card which I gave to hubby.
Today Dec 26, back to exchange ring, line outside so I asked sales person at door if I had to wait in line to exchange. She opened the package my present came in, took it out of cloth Kendra Scott bag, then out of plastic bag, checked for tag and then said its ok if I have a receipt and if it is not within 10 days I must have exchange. I said the receipt was on phone. She said ok you should be able to return it. She then said to go get in line. She did all this outside in front of the line. I was mortified, felt like I was being frisked to go into the pentagon. I have to exchange this one, but I will never buy here again. It’s all in how you handle it. I am a repeat customer and have the money to come back, but this is a one hit wonder. Nasty, 2^nd class sales approach.

Love this location! I was a little overwhelmed by the selection there was in such a small store but glad I had a variety of options to choose from. You literally have to squeeze through bodies to try to get to a display lol, especially if you’re planning to visit on Friday-​Sunday. The girls here are all so sweet and make sure you leave happy with your purchase. Definitely love the customer service and overall atmosphere of the store!

Came here with my fiancé as she had a defective earring that needed to be exchanged. The staff members were extremely friendly and took the time to make sure they had the right piece in stock for an exchange. I appreciate good customer service especially when a client is exchanging or returning something.

Very great customer service. I’ve done phone orders with them before when I lived in CA. I’ve had great experiences with my phone orders. I finally got a chance to go to this store since I moved to TX. I went in to try to get a pair of earrings fixed because the stone was misaligned. They took care of it right away. All the staff members were really friendly and willing to help. My Kendra Scott collection keeps growing so I’ll definitely come back to this store. It’s dangerous living close!

I Love the designs that Kendra Scott offers but my husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas and the silver plating is completely coming off. I have had it for only 4 months. Very disappointed! to expensive for this too happen in only 4 months!

Love this store! It’s small but has so many options! I was greeted upon walking in and while looking asked if I needed help without feeling pushed. The girl that helped me was so sweet. She helped me pick out a pair of earrings to match a necklace I had bought a few months before. I love the color selections. They have rose gold, gold and silver options. They have sparkle, marble and matte color stones as well!
I would definitely recommend stopping in here for a gift for a friend or yourself! They have parking out front or around the corner in the garage

I was super nervous about going into this store only after reading the not so good reviews from the Dallas location. Being a new Kendra Scott fan my husband surprised me and pulled up to this store and I ran out of the car and entered this busy place. It was a Saturday and this place was hopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a necklace in hand but wasn’t sure about the color and I thought that I as out of luck until the rep opened up a drawer full of FUN! I got the necklace I wanted, and will be going to the Dallas location this Friday to get some earrings. (wish me luck!!) I hope they are as friendly as these girls.

I love Kendra Scott jewelry! I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry there in the past year. Unfortunately, today, a sales clerk was incredibly rude to me at the check out line. When I walked in, they were very busy, and no one spoke to me, but I already knew what I needed, so I grabbed the pair of earrings and got behind a man in line– the ONLY person in line. After standing there for a while, the sales clerk at a different register looked at me and told me to hand over the earrings and that I needed to get in the back of the line, because I wasn’t in the line formation. I know I look 15 and no, I don’t have a Louis Vuitton purse… but I have never been treated so rudely. I told her that I was in line and had been since before all the other people that were now in line. She repeated herself & I think the look of shock was all over my face because a different sales clerk interrupted and said she would take care of me.
Even though I definitely appreciated the kindness of the 2^nd sales clerk, I will not return to that particular store again. I still cannot believe how rudely I was treated! And at Christmas time!

I don’t know where to begin with how awesome this store is! I am not a big jewelry person and my sister in law and her friends all love Kendra Scott. I thought eh I’m ok without no biggie– well let me insert my foot in mouth! I am addicted! One of my friends won a very generous gift card from the new store in Plano and treated me and some friends to some Danielle earrings in black and I also got a drop necklace in goldstone. Let me just say creating our own jewelry at the «Color Bar» was a hoot! I also found out you get a 50% off item for your birthday any day of your birthday month so you know I got the Rayne necklace in black! So cute and goes with all! Lets not forget my birthday gift from my sister in law– Elle earrings in ivory! I am already plotting on what to get next. The girls at the store are so nice and helpful and have great opinions and thoughts. Love love love! Lets just make a side note I own 4 pieces within the period of 2 weeks! #love!

I adore the mess out of Kendra Scott jewelry! Super cute stuff; trendy-​ish, but classic pieces that will be stylish for years to come. The quality is great, not ULTRA high end or unaffordable, but MUCH better quality than your typical costume jewelry. The staff at this particular store is really friendly, but they don’t hound you or follow you around which I appreciate. I love the jewelry I’ve purchased here, but sadly one pair of earrings I picked up were slightly bent and reallllllllllllllly heavy on my ears, even though they are studs. Not sure if it was the weight of the earrings or the quality of the gold, but that particular pair actually makes my ears bleed. (TMI, sorry!) Aside from that, I love my KS jewelry… annnnd, even though they wreak havoc on my little earring holes, I’ll still wear them because they look great!
I have a love/​hate relationship with the Shops at Legacy. Great stores and restaurants, but let’s face it… parking is a nightmare. I try to stop in here on weekdays only, and after the lunch rush so I can get a decent parking spot.
Anyway, check out the store — cute selection and a lot of their stuff would make excellent gifts!
