My wife and I love fried chicken, and living about 2 blocks away, there are lots of places to choose from for fried chicken. In saying that, I love KFC’s chicken and mashed potatoes. Things have gone downhill in my last two trips through the drive thru. Driving through tonight, I was in a hurry. I got two meals and ordered extra potatoes. I didn’t get the potatoes, but know I paid for them. My fault! I should have turned back and got them. That wasn’t the big issue tonight. The old chicken we both ate was the issue! You should have fresh hot food just after 5 pm on a weeknight. I worked fast food for 6 years, and this is just a fundamental rule.
I am sure I may return eventually, but as I mentioned, there are plenty of fried chicken places to choose from next time!

This place is total chaos. In addition I am surprised that passed health code. I saw the woman who was cleaning the counter, used the same towel to clean the food stand. I saw whatever in that bucket splashed all over the food. I saw her then with the same gloves, and she only had one not two, reaching in the mash potato and preparing orders. I then saw a coworker of hers, picking the «tenders» that fell on that counter with his hand and put them back in the box that was being prepared for a drive through customer.
Go watch and see by yourself before you order a thing. And this is supposed to be a national chain. What a shame.

This is a KFC. It does what a KFC is supposed to do, for the most part. They are great because they will sell you a single strip or piece of chicken without much hassle. There’s no «but the potatoes are where we make our money» — it’s jus straight up, «here’s your strip, sir.»
This place is clean and the servers are pleasant.

Let me begin my stating approximately 2 years ago we tried eating at this location. The experience was not good and we have not gone back until last week. The manager and staff were very polite, friendly and the service was great. We wanted to try the new «go cups» and they were delicious. The chicken was perfect (we like it cooked no red), potato wedges were very tasty and seasoned perfectly. The place was clean, tables clean and bathroom clean! We will definitely be going back again.

Chicken was over cooked and dry. Macaroni was hard and dry. Coke fountain was just seltzer water. The on duty staff could care about issues. Never again for me.
