Lazy J Floors

Horrible company, very nasty business owner. They re tiled my kitchen floor due to a crack that was in the previous tile and less than 3 months later the same crack came back. I was given a warranty on the tile for as long as I own my home but these people of course are no longer in business. They never patched the small crack in the subfloor like they said they would so that this wouldn’t happen. The owner told me they lay 24×24 tile on kitchen floors all the time then after it was laid she admitted they had never used tile that big. job was supposed to take 3 days it took 9. Her workers are slobs and left food and exploded drinks in my refrigerator. I’m considering legal action due to this companies negligent services!

The worst experience of my life!!! I have been calling these people since they did the shower in my home. The shower leaks now, probably due to the fact there is no insulation in the walls that the pipes run through. The tiles fell off and although they did come back to fix that and admitted they knew they had done the walls wrong they didn’t fix it. They refuse to answer the hone when I call. They do not have a store front so there is no way to get a hold of them. RUN AWAY these people are the worst!!!
