I’m a big fan of Lululemon since I’ve purchased most of my running clothes there. I am a regular at the Lennox store in Atlanta where the most friendly and helpful employees work. Recently during a trip to Plano TX. I stopped at the Legacy Store to purchase a rain jacket. The date, Friday December 11, was two days before the Dallas Marathon. Due to the forecast of rain i I needed a rain jacket. As I entered the store, I noticed several employees present but no one acknowledged me when I entered. I browsed until I found a jacket hanging on the upper level rack. I waited for someone to help however, after a few minutes I started searching for someone. One employee was busy having a personal conversation with a customer. Another employee was busy folding clothes while another one was idly standing behind the counter. I tried to make eye contact with each but all of them responded by looking away. After waiting for 15 minutes I entered the restroom where I encountered another customer. After we exchanged greetings I was relieved to know I was not invisible. I returned to the rack and waited for five minutes. Since the employees did not feel I was worthy of their time I left the store. I went to Luke’s Locker across the street and purchased a rain jacket. Since the Legacy store Lululemon employees have a problem with certain customers, I will definitely not visit that store again.

Best yoga store ever!!! Seriously, they totally exchange my pants that didn’t fit and really looked at my sizing and, made such a special effort. I highly recommend. Mel McIntyre rocks!!!

Very Rude sales people. Unless you fit the «lulu» ideal profile, good luck even getting anyone to help you. That’s fine, I’ll fuel my workout clothes obsession with Fabletics!

My favorite location of all the ones I’ve visited in Dallas thus far! It’s setup nicely and has a very clean feel; staff here has always been helpful every time I have stepped in during my lunch break!
I had one lady take the time in helping me understand the various mats they offer and she even catered to my preference and needs since I’m about to be a new yogi. I can’t remember her name but the staff is pleasant and overall helpful/​attentive for the most part. This particular location even hosts community runs and yoga classes from various groups and people throughout North Dallas which I thought was very cool and hope to be in attendance soon!
The clothing line is a bit up there in price but you get quality items in return and I’m a firm believer in the saying «You get what you pay for!» Especially if you need something durable for vigorous workouts and consistent training, then you’re really getting something that will last not to mention the non-​stink material that this company uses with most of their athletic wear.
However, word of caution, you definitely need to try on their clothes to ensure it fits or feels comfortable for your liking. Their stuff is made to fit for men, which will make most men uncomfortable in my opinion. I love fitted clothing so it was no issue for me!

I’m not tiny person but I know my sizes 6ish. The staff in this location was EXTREMELY HELPFUL & friendly which is enough for me! If I was not fitting in a size I grabbed another. I do not like to be waited on hand & foot in a dressing room. They were very friendly & held my room for me. I felt very comfortable here.
I was in the dressing room & listening to the staff assist & help other clients. Read how the company is ran & the training the employees go through… pretty impressive. I had a super fun time there except for 13 years old trailing around.. Also love The Energy Bra & Ebb to Street Tanks

Sales associate Michelle was great. Store manager with the glasses was at the register. Walked away from me while I was the next in line. When she came back she ignored my question as to why she did not help me and did not offer any type of a apology until I asked her twice. Very rude. Do not go to legacy. I will buy from another location or a competitor.

This is a nice store located in the shops of Legacy. Most of the time parking is easy to find. The inside of the store is set up nicely with a clean feel. It’s easy to find exactly what you’re wanting.
My advice to any girl shopping here is to look in the mirror when trying on clothes. And do note that their sizes run small. Very small. I wear a size 0 – 2 in shorts/​pants depending on the store. At Lulu I wear a 6. I tried on a pair of size 4 shorts and everyone working there told me they looked amazing. I looked in the mirror and these woman clearly don’t know what «amazing» looks like. The shorts were way too tight and not an appropriate length. How am I supposed to do squats when I have to fear a butt cheek is going to peak out at any moment?!? The front of the shorts were pulling, giving a clearly too tight look. I pointed it out to the sales woman and that’s when I realized they all were wearing their shorts like that. Personally I don’t care to wear a size too small in shorts. If I’m going to pay $ 60 – 80 I want them to fit perfect. My main irritation was when I put on a pair of shorts that were a good fit for me, one of the sales women kept repeating «those look horrible, they’re too big.» Not only is that rude but it’s not necessary. I didn’t ask your opinion. Just because you like to wear clothes that will fit your kid sister doesn’t mean I do as well.
My advice to anyone shopping here is don’t take the advice of the sales people. Go based off your comfort level. And remember the sizes run really small!

Beautiful fabrics and form flattering styles. The staff at this new location were extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Can’t wait to shop here again!

The team at this Lululemon was fantastic! Talked me through what would work best for me and compared to what I was currently using. Just did a long run in their longer running shorts and really liked the way they fit and kept their form. I will definitely go back!

This is your destination for your high-​end workout gear, but it’s comfortable! They mainly sell yoga items but you can wear their clothes for any type of workout! I especially love their fun and colorful accessories~ the headbands!
