The Colony, TX
This location is terrible. Went there for wedding suite rentals and after going there 3 different times and speaking with 4 different people no one could get our order correct. We would leave frustrated and annoyed. We tried the Frisco location and it was such a better experience!!! They really took care of us! Highly recommend the Frisco location over this one!

The salesman was very aggressive. When we told him there are other places we want to look at and asked for his card, he gave us an attitude. Don’t bother with this location and take your business elsewhere.

Don’t go to this location. Clueless staff. Very condescending too. Ms Lucy was clueless for Tux Rental.

Our guy was super nice. it was a long while before we had someone really help us. But the gentlemen that did help tried his best to get to us and everyone else. I would recommend making an appointment if possible.
