Midpark Cleaners

I want to say thank you to the staff at Midpark Cleaners.
I took a $ 80 silver silk tie into them to try and remove a butter stain that another cleaner had been paid to remove, but turned a little drip into a smudge that was the size of a half dollar piece. It looked like they’d rubbed it with a paper towel.
So my hopes were not too high after having another cleaner botch the cleaning, but I figured before I dropped another $ 80 for a new tie I would try them. All I can say is WOW! I’m very impressed with the job they did. And I’m not easily impressed. I looked at the tie after getting it back and could not tell where the stain had been. They also were also able to remove some stains of unknown substances or origins out of my Dallas Star’s sweater. Which I was also afraid wouldn’t come out since they had been on it for may as long as two years.
Again thank you for your exellent service. You’ve just won over a new customer!

This cleaners is SOOO good that we drive from Rowlett to Plano once to twice a week to have our clothes cleaned here… It’s worth the drive!!!
Side note: my husband and I both work in the plano area

Rude and no personality! It seems to be family own and have really no concern about the customer but just to make a quick buck. Looking for the next closest cleaners. Any recommendations?

We tried this cleaners after bad service at another nearby cleaner. We used them 3 times and within that short experience they temporarily lost 8 items which turned up the next day and they destroyed 3 blouses, losing the liner more than $ 100 value.

Ok, so I keep getting my cloths (pressed shirts) back and it’s as if someone just laid them down (possibly to transport?) and wrinkled them. The first time I complained, then the second… the third time I took them all back.
Did not get «yes sir, we apologize, we will fix it.», it was «I really don’t see anything wrong?» and reluctantly took them.
Returned to pick them up… got them home and (SOAB !!!) all they did is re-​slide a little plastic over them and reprint the tickets that said «REDO $ 0.00» and gave the same shirts back to me!
Nobody likes being taken for a sucker!

Love this cleaners! Great, consistent service every time I’ve used them and the prices are excellent. Best part about this cleaners is everyone speaks perfect English! Keep it up guys!
