DO NOT PURCHASE CUSTOM JEWELRY FROM THIS SHOP!!!
My wife and I purchased our wedding bands and an engagement ring from Alan the shop owner. It took 3 ½ months to make our rings and we are not happy with them. Alan did not listen to us when we gave him instruction on what to do with the rings. He sent the rings out for work to a jeweler that he told us was not very good. Unsurprisingly, the results were also not very good. Apart from the poor quality of the finished rings and the ridiculous amount of time it took to make them Alan has a bad attitude and a severe lack of professionalism. I asked him for a receipt several times throughout the process so that we can get the ring ensured correctly and he has consistently told me that I need an appraisal. I was not happy with the sales trick of telling us that he is selling us the diamonds at cost. If that is the case then why are you in business? Profit is not an evil word, but don’t lie to me. My wife and I severely regret this entire experience.

Got my engagement ring from here. Lots of selection buy we ended up having one (for lack of a better word that I can think of) commissioned since none of the ones they had on hand fit my taste. A older gentleman helped us pick out the style and did a good job explaining diamond quality, how its graded, what to look for.
I did take off a star because its pretty small and the only window has big metal bars over the window. Its already a stress full situation being in unfamiliar waters of the jewelry world and the stress of seeing that paycheck go down the drain in one credit card swipe. bars don’t really alleviate it. Maybe they are removable or something. I didn’t really inspect it when I was there
