New Skillman Wok

Decided to try out this restaurant, since I’m new to the area and need a new Chinese take-​out restaurant. According to their website they are open. Tried calling to order ~$ 35 of food, and they won’t answer the phone. They just lost my business.

Just ordered this past Saturday night. For LESS than $ 30, I received FRESH and VERY tasty a Pupu Platter, Chicken Fried Rice, AND Chicken Egg Fou Young! It was ALL the best I had ever had! It arrived within 30 minutes, piping hot and delicious. The servings were SO generous that I have had wonderful leftovers for several days. And each day, the flavor seems to be getting better and better. The pork and beef skewers on the pupu platter had the BEST flavor. The egg rolls were wonderful. I was so pleased with the seasoning and flavor of ever item. Some egg fou young I have ordered elsewhere has been slightly greasy, not here. It was delicious and very fresh. I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!

I can’t and won’t recommend this place. We live just off springcreek parkway but we are 2 miles over there delivery area… which is only 5 miles. I was really disappointed. There are a lot of places to eat out there so find one who wants customers and doesn’t want to turn them away.

Pretty mediocre food. Its hard to cook chinese cuisine with less inspiration or more soy. Place did not look clean at all.

**** UPDATE **** This place now appears to be Closed!!! As if they were locked out of the building…

We decided to Try New Skillman Wok when our favorite Chinese place, Mama Chen’s sold and went downhill immediately. We are picky about our Chinese Take-​away place and find it hard to find one we both really like.
As was mentioned in the previous post, they have a $ 19.99 2 meal deal… we chose that and found it food to be very good. The WonTon Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, Sehchwan Chicken and Beef with Garlic Sauce were very good. You get two meals, packed full in the to-​go containers which is excellent since we like to get 2 meals out of our Chinese Take-​away.
One note, while the meals stated they were ‘spicy’, there was very little ‘hot spice’ to them. So if you like Spicy to be Spicy… just tell them to ‘extra spice it up’ and all is good!
The Service was great! The meal was ready in less time for pickup then they said and they took the time to call us and let us know… luckily we were already on our way to pick it up… But just the fact they thought to call us back and let us know was a nice touch.
We will be making New Skillman Wok our new standard Chinese Take-​Away place… I think you should to!!!

Yummy!!! Absolutely delicious crab rangoon. They have this special for $ 19.99 that includes two dinner entrees, two soups, two egg rolls, two steamed or fried rice, four crab rangoons or six dumplings, and two cans of soft drinks. This is a GREAT deal!
I ordered the Seafood combo and it was delicious. Not crazy out of this world but it hit the spot in the stomach that was craving Chinese food. Pretty prompt and fresh. Love fast Chinese delivery!!!
