I’m a pretty big fan of Palio’s and I’m happy to give it a 5! The pizza is always tasty(by my standards) and the service is always quick and friendly. When I visited today, I ordered the meat lover’s but they accidentally put parmesan cheese on my pizza(and anyone who knows me well knows how much I detest parmesan!!!), and I told them about the issue. My server was very quick to offer to make another pizza, which I graciously and gladly accepted. Granted, this was a small issue but the fact that they prioritize customer experience really appealed to me. About the food: The pizzas are crispy, fresh, and hot when they are served. The quantity and quality of meat in the Meat Lover’s(or w/e it’s called) always delivers, and I find Maria’s BBQ as well as the Hawaiian delightful. They also have what seem to be the optimal cheese to sauce to everything-else ratio. Keep in mind, however, that I’m not a big fan of parmesan, but also cheese in general.(Side Note: WHAT!!! How do you eat pizza??? My answer is pizza is the only dish where I can tolerate cheese, but only up to a certain amount.) A final note, the manager’s special is a pretty great deal: you can get two 12″ gourmet pizzas for only $ 10 each, so come with a friend for lunch!

Craving pizza I decided to give this place a try. I am a fan of thin crust and that is what you will get here. I went with the classic and was not disappointed. Small will feed one and for specialty ran $ 10. Service was good and pizza not bad.

One of our family favorite go-to for fast, friendly, reliable service and food served hot, fresh and delicious! Always start with a small order of cheesy bread and Cesar salad. The kids baked mac and cheese is filling even for the adult appetite! Our favorite pizza is by far the Ralphie w/jalapeños! Yumm!

I come here often because the pizza is good. When I eat in its perfect. Getting it Togo has still not changed. The last two times I’ve ordered delivery, not only is it cut in squares, which I hate and asked them not to, it came cold. I’m not sure what it takes to get the pizza cut in triangles and and hot on delivery. I’ve left a message for the manager at the store and have not heard from him. The only thing I can see is that the training is a warm body and that’s it. I have been ordering from I Fratelli more often. Every time I order from them it’s always right.

Yet again, they never disappoint! Alfredo pasta with a garlic cheese bread for me.(Delicious!) Hawaiian Surprise and Frank’s Buffalo for PJ. We are super happy campers! Quality good, great pricing. Their salads are so good the ran out of lettuce! Phenom!

We really enjoy this little pizza joint. The restaurant is a counter order setup. And currently, they are BYOB and provide corking service and wine glasses. You place your order, take a number and take a seat. There are a few TVs posted about the room, but they aren’t a distracting presence — This is a good place to sit with your family and enjoy conversation. PIzza comes out pretty quickly. We’re a meats-pizza type family and have tried their pepperoni, their all-the-meats, etc., pizzas and they’re all really good and loaded with toppings. The simple cheese pizza for kiddo is really good, too. Their house salad if you don’t specify it’s a single will come in a metal mixing bowl and can serve 3 or 4 people(but it’s still super cheap!) I really enjoy it as it comes standard with green leaf lettuce(not iceberg), it’s not full of bitter romaine hearts, it has fresh tomato, cucumber and my favorite — large black olives. And it’s chilled. I dislike a room temperature salad. This one is just really simple and refreshing and super cheap. We haven’t ventured into their sandwiches or calzones yet, but we’ve visited enough to love the atmosphere and the pizza. And the staff are very nice and courteous. Only criticism is that tables should be bussed more quickly after a patron leaves. They also have a separated dining space in the back for meetings and parties.

Very good artisan pizza & delicious salads. I come here weekly for a business lunch in their back private room, which they don’t charge for. Attentive service. Recommended for private meetings or a good lunch/dinner. Locally owned. BYOB.

I enjoy this place so much. The pizza is always delicious and fresh! They have signature pizza, create your own, calzones and amazing cheese bread. Overtime I have come to this location the food has always come out promptly and by a friendly smiling employee. There are no servers, they give you a number after you order and come and bring you the food. Just this past time I have come in they have now changed their alcohol policy to BYOB which is pretty cool. I always get a build your own pizza, the caesar salad and cheese bread! You can never go wrong with cheese bread! In your shopping in the area check this place out, well priced, delicious food and friendly service!

Pretty good pizza, we had a family event for Mother’s Day here and the wait staff was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. I wouldn’t say the pizza is exceptional, but it’s above average for pizza. Kind of a compromise between thin crust and thick crust, it’s a good balance of toppings and bread, sauce is flavorful as well. Good place.

I had a vochure for a free med. Pizza and decided to give it a go and boy am I glad I did. I got the Ralphie with fresh jalapeños and not normally being a fan of Alfredo based pizzas this one takes the cake. The staff was awesome and my food came out fast and they put it in a to go box as I requested. Definitely will be back.

Went to Palio’s for lunch with a group of coworkers. Nice casual lunch atmosphere where you walk up and order individually. They give you a number and you then find a seat. Easier and faster than having to worry about servers and split checks. I ordered the classic pizza on wheat crust. It came out fresh and hot, although portion size was smaller than expected. Being a thin crust pizza, I was still hungry after finishing it. They have food runners that search for your number that you display on your table to bring you food. This was chaotic. Seems like they didn’t know what food to bring to our table even with the numbers. Kitchen was slow to make food. One of the girls at the table didn’t even get her food at all. We were all done eating and she still didn’t receive the pasta she ordered. Palio’s needs a better system of getting food out such as using those buzzers that light up. I don’t understand the point of the food runners. You order yourself and get your own fountain drinks and refills. Why do you need someone to bring you food? Put those extra employees to better use in the kitchen by getting food prepared faster. The restaurant did make it right though once they figured out the mistake by preparing the packing the missed pasta to go, giving a free dessert, and a voucher for a return visit. That’s respectable.

I had a take out a large and a small, I drove for 25 minutes and when I got home the food has already gotten cold. I was surprised though that the pizza still tasted great. I want to dine in and try to eat the pizza hot next time

We decided to stop at the Eldorado store today, starving after a great football game at Toyota Stadium. Having not perused any of the reviews, we entered with Palio’s having a blank slate. The good: Nice looking space with an outdoor dining area as well. Lots of choices on the menu. We got a «Grace’s Alfredo» and one that we customized. We liked them both. Crust was pretty good for that really thin type. The mushrooms and alfredo in the Grace’s pizza were really working for me as well. The Caesar salad was ok, but I wasn’t expecting homemade dressing anyway. The food was out really fast too. Bravo. The uncomfortable: The both of us felt a little unwelcome. Almost as if we had interrupted a private joke that lingered between the two people behind the counter. I don’t want to confuse apathy with rudeness, but the guy didn’t seem like he needed or actually wanted to be there. Also we had originally ordered small and medium pizzas. after we paid I noticed the manager’s special which was buy one medium get another medium for the price of a small. I asked if we could invoke that and was told only if you ORDER two mediums, and that we had already paid. I had to convince the guy that it was the exact same price as our current order. Perhaps he was confused, but he didn’t strike us as having considered the options before denying the request. The two behind the counter eventually got it sorted and just told whoever was making the pizza to make two mediums instead. Anyway, the food was good enough and in our hands really quickly. By itself it would get at least 3 stars. However, we left without really wanting to return to that particular store and rate our experience there a 2.

Great experience. I came in for lunch and got the pizza/salad/drink lunch special. I had the buffalo chicken pizza which was fantastic, and the perfect portion. My friend got the macaroni and cheese with a salad. Though that too was a «lunch portion» it was definitely a lot of food! The two cheesy garlic bread slices that came with it were great as well. I’ll probably get that next time, just due to the generous portions. Awesome service and atmosphere as well. Not much more you can ask for in a lunch pizza spot. I’ll definitely be back!

I decided to have a group lunch here for the following reasons: –Friendly and accommodating manager/staff –This place is BYOB –Some affordable prices –Upfront payment –Menu variety –Semi private space All of the above were definitely perks and made dining with a large group easy as pie. This is a casual café-no fancy or wow factors, but the food is good and comes out quickly. Whether you’ve got a large group or going solo, Palio’s is definitely worth giving a try.

I’ve been here twice already and both times have been really good! I like eating pizza from here because I leave satisfied without that overly stuff, «oh crap I shouldn’t have done that and now I need to unbutton my pants» type of feeling that I usually get from pizza. It’s a very thin crust pizza thats perfectly crispy. I tried their regular dough(as recommended by the cashier) during my first visit and it turned out pretty good. It has a slight sweetness to the dough. The second time I came, i tried their wheat crust, which I think I’m indifferent about. It doesn’t really have a distinct flavor but does have a grainy texture, which is typical for wheat-anything. If it’s your first time, i would go with their regular dough. I’ve tried Mollys, the scorcher, hawaiian sunrise, and regular pepperroni(my favorite is the scorcher). The overall flavor is good but i think they can improve a little on their toppings. The chicken seems a little dry and bland to me. I like it that you can do ½ and ½ so it’s good if you want to share. The restaurant itself is nice and clean with options to sit at a table or booth. There’s a room in the back foe parties. For anyone that’s a fan of alcohol, its BYOB!

As far as pizza goes it’s okay for a quick meal. It’s not some place I would brag about or take my friends visiting Dallas. It’s just«meh» to me. The«Jimmy” — It had italian salami, pepperoni, bacon, fresh jalapenos, roasted corn & mozzarella cheese. The Greek-It black and green olives, baby spinach, fresh garlic, Roma tomatoes, feta & mozzarella cheese. The Jimmy was better out of the two. Corn on pizza? Why the hell not. I heard they have good gluten-free crusts but it’s only availble for small or large pizzas.
