Dad received good treatment, in my opinion. The problems started after he passed. Not sure who’s fault it was, but death certificate had wrong cause if death, which I’m still waiting for the correction for over a month and I have to repurchase new certificates.
At a time of loss when you’d think it was something you wouldn’t have to worry about because there’s an overwhelming amount of other issues that need to be dealt with, this was extremely frustrating as well as unresolved. Needless to say I am unsatisfied with the results.
