Had a different experience that the only other review from 2013. Robert left a mess around my 1 year old son’s room that we came home to, after trusting him in our home without us there. Came home to small metal debris and fiberglass insulation on the floor of my 1 yr old’s nursery. He was not quick for the scope of work. We saw him once a week, if we were lucky if he showed up when he said he would try to make it.
Paid his sheetrock repair guys through Robert to replace the sheetrock removed from our kitchen, but instead of counter-​sinking electric wires into the studs, as appropriate, they sheetrocked on top of it and there is a visible lump on our wall. We told Robert that this needed to be redone in this small section and he never redid it, had it redone, or even addressed it again.
Robert was fairly reasonably priced, but managed to nickel and dime his way into some extra profit on his final service visit.
Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the work was eventually done, albeit taking 3 weeks longer than expected, except for the sheetrock repair mentioned above. Would not recommend him to any friends, family, or neighbors based on our experience.
Still waiting to see if he is a man of his word and will address our sheetrock issue. Nothing yet.

Robert has done some things around my house for me. Removed a sliding glass door. Fixed a leaky commode. Installed a shelf for my wall microwave. He always cleans up after himself — never leaves a mess. He is a super quick worker & very reasonably priced. Only down side is that he is busy — hard to get an appointment.
