Saigon Pho and Grill

Excellent phở; extremely impressed given that it’s in a food court. Better than many nearby options for phở and Vietnamese food!

They are located in the food court at Willowbend mall, and I love that I can get my phở fix while shopping! The first time I tried it out, the phở broth was way too sweet, but after another try, it was much better. There are limited meat options, but they also offer Chinese and Thai dishes, sushi, and boba drinks. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced, and the people who work here are extremely nice. Give them a shot if you’re looking for something different to eat in the food court. Mall employees receive a 20% discount.

Great especially for a mall kiosk. Friendly people. We had a Phở & Paw Kee Mao. Yummy & ½ price of a restaurant as we were in a hurry while waiting to trouble shoot my phone at the Apple Store is this restaurant is in Willowbend Shopping Center/​Mall in the food court.

Ok. This place is IN the food court of the Shops at Willow Bend. I know what you are saying: There’s no way it’s good. But it is!
Anyone who has been to the Shops knows the food court here blows; there’s Chick Fil A, Which Wich and then some no name brands, so today I decided to give the Phở a whirl. I saw lots of people with bowls and it looked so good, so I got the think sliced eye of round steak phở. It was $ 7, and it took about 5 minutes to prep. It’s served in a yummy broth filled with rice noodles and green onions and served with a side of cilantro, some other herb (oregano maybe? Basil?) and sprouts. The meat was tender and fresh and surprisingly this tasted unlike mall food; this tasted like a phở shop phở! One star deducted because I felt that they could have thrown a couple of more pieces of meat in (lots of noodles, not a ton of meat) and they have no soda machine. You either have to buy a 20 ounce or get iced tea. Yes, I know soda is bad for you, but some of us still want it, and they should really get a machine.
If I’m ever at the Shops, I’ll be back!
