Great drink, great service.

This place is next to Willowbend and there’s a Target behind this store which makes it incredibly convenient. Despite it being a café store, my friend and I received our drinks quickly. We both got simple drinks so I think that may have been a factor as well. Also, there were 2 baristas working front of the line and it was crowded but quiet w/​steady stream of customers coming in.
I would go here again to study or just grab a coffee if I’m in the area.

I hate to give a low rating because of one random mistake in a drink or one barista’s rudeness… But when both are combined I have to!
The barista upset me the drink was just an annoyance… It’s better if I don’t ask for anything out of the ordinary… I asked for decaf iced coffee (Americano) no sugar and add heavy whipping cream… Seems like many people don’t know what that is… It’s not whip cream, it’s not double shot of half and half…
Anyway I basically got a drink that’s made with heavy whipping cream… I’m drinking heavy whipping cream… Well actually I’m not drinking because it literally is heavy whipping cream with a shot of espresso (they are supposed to mix the espresso with water to mAke it iced coffee then add a dab of HVC just like they would if I asked for cream…
But what actually turned me off was that the barista charges me 60 cents extra for heavy whipping cream… No one does that… And when I told her … she was condescending… «Okayyy I’ll give your SIXTY cents back»
For some people every penny counts… Not nice.
And of course I get upset with myself because I still tipped!

Had an absolutely fabulous time here for breakfast! I loved Zach, my cashier. He blasted through a line of 5people in front of me in minutes. Also, he didn’t make me wait thru all the complicated drink orders to get my drip coffee, he promptly grabbed it himself. This really means a lot to me, since my drink literally takes 5 seconds to pour. It’s surprising how rare it is to find a staff that can actually handle multiple customers and treat them all as equally important.
In terms of the café itself, this is one of the largest I’ve ever been in. They have 9 leather chairs, benches, bars, and table seating available. It was immaculately clean even during the morning rush.
Hands down my new favorite location.

Directly across from the office I use this is such a perfect location. I was disappointed with the food selection though. Everything was expiring that day or the next. I also tried to use my birthday free drink and the girl at the register couldn’t do it. Despite those things– my coffee was good! It’s hard to screw up cold brew.

Went and got some drinks. Drinks were good. Asked for them to be warm (130 degrees). They said «so you want it kid style?» Both of us that got drinks are full grown adults and prefer to not have to wait a while for our coffee to cool down. When our drinks were ready they said our names out loud and drink names plus «kiddie style“Out loud. We feel the you should change that name. It feels demeaning.

Very nice place — plenty of light through the glass windows and a good view of the streets. I’ve been here many times. I can always find a place to park outside and a place to sit inside. It’s quite spacious compared to other Starbucks locations in the north Plano area near Dallas Tollway.
The baristas are very friendly and helpful. Today, I wanted a dark roasted coffee, but they ran out. The barista offered to do a pour-​over. The freshly brewed coffee was aromatic, bold, and full-​body — good enough to keep me awake in this late afternoon.

We have all come to expect Starbucks experience to be consistent as it is more or less a commodity. That said, there are times when the experience exceeds expectation. This was one of those times.
The baristas were beyond Normal standards of friendly and competent. I found they were genuinely warm and inviting.
The coffee product that I was given did not meet my personal standards of excellence so, when brought to the attention of my Barista, not only was the product corrected, but I was given a sincere apology and thanks for my business.
Really, this is the way the business should be run.

Clean location, friendly service, and great drinks. This is a good location with ease of parking. I like how they have that big table.

I’m a little late with this review.
I hit various Starbucks locations from time to time in the morning. This Starbucks is a customer service nightmare. Waiting in line, placing order and waiting for my drink — AN AMERICONO took 26 minutes!!! Like most Sbuxs, the staff smiles and is friendly. This Sbux wasn’t anymore busier than any other I have been to during the morning rush. They had 4 staff working behind the coffee bar. However one of the staff personnel was outside for 10 – 15 minutes talking on her cel phone. This couldn’t have been an employee break because this was around the 7 o’clock hour which is part of the morning work rush. Still 4 working and 1 not seems to be sufficient. It’s not like they were working a 20 drink order for 1 person. They are just slooooooooowwwww.
So if you like throwing minutes of your life away waiting for your drink, this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away.

Very bad mobile app could not charge use any of my cc to recharge my starbucks card. My cc was charged $ 50 but it was not available for me to user while i was in store.

This really is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I really love how appreciated they make you feel as a customer.

These guys rock and really make you feel welcome. They are always busy but get the drink orders out fast and timely.

Terrific crew… kind of a Cheers place… everyone knows your name. Kristy is AWESOME!

This is a nice little Starbucks tucked away in a shopping center off the tollway. There isnt a drive through so your only option is to go in. But prepare, its one of the slowest starbucks Ive ever been to. The employees are decently friendly but they havent exactly been trained in efficiency and speed.
The store itself is very clean and so are the bathrooms. The way the sun shines in, it tends to get really hot. I suggest going early or late in the evening if you’re planning to sit around a bit.

I am a harsh reviewer of Starbucks because I frequent them so often I feel that it is my duty to report back on my level of service and quality of the beverages.
This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. There were lovely ladies working on my visit. Super nice and with it. You can tell they actually take pride in their job and care about your experience.
I ordered a PSL with added mocha syrup and a Hazelnut Frap with an extra shot of espresso for my dude. I could clearly tell that my drinks were made correctly when normally it is either hit or miss. (did they REALLY put that extra shot in there???)
It was clean, warm and inviting. I love it here and when I visit Dallas again I will return!

Gotta love their mocha or mocha light frappacino. I love their pumpkin bread, too. So many great choices with an Ulber friendly staff.

Great location with plenty of parking. Service is great here and there’s always an open seat to enjoy your cup of coffee in the store. And they sometimes have merchandise that’s on sale so make sure you check out their stuff!

Nice, small location in a shopping mall off of Park and DNT. It was very clean inside and they were quick with our drink orders and made mine exactly how I wanted it. I definitely recommend popping in and grabbing a coffee before you walk around and shop or run your errands!

A few years ago I gave up going to this store because of the click like atmosphere that the staff and certain customers had. It was annoying to have to wait while the endless small talk subsided to get my order in.
That was a couple of years ago and it seems that all of that is long gone. Honestly, I have to give this store the recognition it deserves, they can move a massive amount of customers with lighting fast efficiency. Although it’s not my favorite Starbucks, it’s a very close second.
