Should have checked the reviews before I went for lunch. Food freshness subpar, meat seemed a little old and tomatoes seemed slimy. Service ok, but they were out of banana peppers. What I was the most upset about is they did not have unsweet tea! I would not have gotten a meal if I knew there wasn’t unsweet tea. I asked and he said ‘no unsweet tea’ not sure if they didn’t that day or ever… to much trouble I assume? I got sweet tea, which tasted a little old. I should have gotten a Coke… I will NOT be back.

There was a hair in my food that wasn’t mine… Would not recommend. The food tasted processed. My meat and lettuce was slimy. If you want a sandwich you should just make your own so there are no mystery hairs in it.

This was the WORST service I’ve ever experienced! Paid with my mobile app and both employees tried to say I didn’t pay even after seeing the confirmation and receipt on my phone. Called the manager on the phone(which barely helped the situation) and, after 20 minutes, voided my order. While they were voiding my order I noticed they had charged me for the wrong sandwich(I ordered the turkey/bacon/guacamole and they charged me for a tuna sandwich and added bacon, which was more expensive). At this point I just wanted my food and to leave. Employees didn’t say anything, just looked at me. I asked if I could take my food and go and they said«fine». I will NEVER return to this location!!!

The food tasted fine, for what it is. However, the employee was incredibly slow, could barely understand/speak English, had to be told how to make a pizza sub, and didn’t know the difference between pepper jack and cheddar cheese. I wanted pickles, but they had onions and olives mixed in with them… Painful, frustrating and unbelievable experience. I will drive the extra 2 miles to the location at Coit and Spring Creek next time…

This location is horrible the employees are not friendly, they have poor communication skills half the time they get the order wrong. They charged me the wrong amount the last time I went there. The are usually under staffed so you have to wait in line. Pick another location.

Gather ’round kids, and adults too, and take some time out of your busy day to let me tell you a story. It’s a glorious story of triumph and tragedy which all people can relate. Let me take you back to another place and time called the 1990s. Yes, think back. It was a good time, when people didn’t walk on the streets like zombies with white earbuds plugging up their ears and phones in their hands. Where kids played outside until the sun went down. A simpler time. I remember that time. What I remember most of all was Subway. I remember what Subway was like back in the day. It was a respectable sandwich shop that served quality submarine sandwiches. The shops were kind of dingy with all the stained wood wood, and the walls were covered with that Subway print wallpaper and crazy stripes. The logo was still that awkward brownish and yellowish thing. The chairs were those bench seats with the wood strips. The bread was the best part of the Subway of old. It was thick, it was chewy and it took no prisoners. The sandwiches were stuffed to the brim with deliciousness. But all that changed one day when some guy called Jared managed to lose a bunch of weight eating sandwiches. Subway decided to give him a go in their commercials, but it must have been a huge success. Having gotten a taste of delicious green Benjamins, Jared took over the airways with his tale of weight loss. It was around then that Subway’s sandwiches began to morph into the disgusting monstrosities that they are today. The bread is so thin that it crumbles in your hand like sawdust. The meats always taste putrid and disgusting so that if you ever step foot inside a Subway, you’ll leave with an awful smell clinging to you and people will notice. The stores also changed into the mass market and undistinguished places they are today. If I could give a 0⁄5 I would. Subway is dead. Jersey Mike’s is as close as you’ll get to the old Subway experience.

This subway has decent quality food and service. I would go here if I wanted a quick bite and it’s the closest one… but if I have an option, I’d pick one of the Subways attached to a gas station — i know, it sounds gross but they’re usually much cleaner and have a better selection, probably because they get more business.
