A disappointment and a waste of time and money. I will not be going back. I came in for a Brazilian Blowout. Usually I go to the same stylist who is amazing, but she was on vacation and I had Living Social bucks so I decided to try Suzette. I totally felt like a discount customer. Upon arrival I wasn’t even greeted, and the stylists were busy in the other room, so I sat and waited until Suzette came out and said, «Who are you?» She didn’t even know if I was there for a blowout or the keratin treatment and I was asked several times by other stylists as well. The girl who shampooed my hair was so fast and rough– it really set the tone for the rest of the appointment. At one point, I had two women straightening my hair. Way to rush me out of there! And one of the women didn’t even have the straightener turned on and didn’t notice right away. That’s concerning since the chemicals need to be heated to 450 degrees to seal. That might be why when I washed my hair two days later (sulfate free shampoo of course), and blow dried it, it was still frizzy as usual! I’ve had many brazilian blowouts before and always when I blow dry my hair it is frizz free and straight except for the very ends which curl. This was such a rip-​off, I advise anyone to seek a different stylist or shell out a few extra bucks to someone else because for that much money I should see at least some results.

The best hairdresser in the whole wide world! Does a great job and even has her own hair care line! Love her shampoo and conditioner, my hair is so much more healthy and shinny! I used to use matrix products, they did the job but didn’t improve my hair. Suzette’s line has actually made my hair stronger and I noticed it grows so much faster!
She’s all super efficient, always on time! I get color and cut and I am in and our in under an hour!
