Clean and convenient. Lots of choices and flavors. The only reason I didn’t do 5 star was the cashier seemed like she did not want to be there. Otherwise will return for the bubble teas.

Tasty Cup is one of my go to places for boba. I’ve been here tons of times and have gone through many stamp cards so my review is definitely long overdue. The boba here is always on point. My favorite is honestly the classic milk tea with boba. I usually opt out with the boba a some places since there always either undercooked or overcooked with no sweetness, but here, it’s definitely a must. The thai milk tea is also great. The staff here are always super friendly. I like how they will meet any of your requests. If I ask for no ice(on the colder days) they will not skimp out on the tea. Also, I think the tea is perfectly fine the way it is, but if you want it a little more or less sweeter, they will do just that. Tasty Cup also has one of the best rewards system. You only have to buy 6 cups before getting a free one. That’s amazing. Most places will require you buy at least 10 with a price limit. Over here, that is not the case. You can order a small or large, a milkshake or tea, and still get a stamp.

The lychee green tea is so refreshing! I’m not a fan of super dense flavors, so this was the perfect level of sweetness for me. The boba is a really good medium chewiness level. They have free wi-fi that is actually pretty fast, & their service is great! The workers brought my order right to me, even though I was just standing a few feet from the counter. I asked for water and they gladly added ice for me as well. The space is quite large for a boba spot, & there are outlets EVERYWHERE. There is also a good variety of small, medium, & large tables so it’s a good spot for a lot of different occasions. For me, this is definitely the type of place for studying, work, or to read a book. Will for sure come here again!

Love this boba tea shop! The jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly is as good as it gets. Unlike other places, there is no additional charge for boba and jellies. The best is the mango slush, which is very fruity. We went in for the mango shaved ice, but was told it is a seasonal item, so we cannot wait for its return for the summer. Remember to pick up a frequent card. Friendly service.

They have a punch card for 7th drink free– but I’d never be able to fill that up. Service: I came with 4 other people for our boba fix and the service was pretty slow here. Only two workers were working and I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have much room back there but our drinks took a while to make even though we were the only ones at the place. We ordered the drinks and they made it all out of order. Instead of calling it our names, one of the girls behind the counter brought it out with their cup of boba straws but it’d have been faster if she were focused on making the drinks! Drinks: I got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with tapioca pearls. The drink was okay to drink but the pearls were way too bitter for my taste– it tasted like traditional asian medicine. I ended up tilting my straw towards the walls of the cup and drinking just the drink. Also, the tapioca was hard and not cooked properly. My friend said they have really good shaved ice here but we didn’t see it on the menu and the girl behind the counter didn’t know what we were talking about. She asked us to share an ice cream sandwich if we want to share something… I heard Kung Fu is coming near this location though! Better chance of getting properly cooked boba there!

This place deserves more attention! The people who work here are friendly and give good customer service. Also, they offer pretty great tasting teas-my favorite is the milk tea and it tastes good. The tea tastes like freshly brewed tea and the boba has perfect chewy/soft texture.

Currently my new go-to bubble tea place. Only wish it were close to me. The jasmine milk green tea is the best I’ve had in Dallas. Also the shop itself is breezy, open and great to sit and read or study. There are enough tables and seats to go around and I’ve never seen it get too crowded. Prices are also cheaper than I’ve seen here with the large drinks under $ 4. Everyone is also super friendly and being the drinks to you after you order. And they have a stamp card: D

This is currently my favorite boba place. Ever since I first walked in, the staff was just so friendly and accommodating. They literally deliver your drink to your table! Service here doesn’t get any better. My favorite drink is the yogurt green tea with grass jelly. Honestly I haven’t tried anything else and kind of don’t want to either. Fiancé has tried several of the smoothies and he really likes them. Great place to study or work since they have outlets at every table! Don’t worry about carrying cash because they take credit cards. It’s so easy to get a free drink here. Buy 6 and your 7th one is free.

Wow, love this place! I’ve started coming here for the past few months. As always, customer service is so sweet & kind, especially the owner(who I assume is the woman that wears black glasses). It’s a great place to study, relax, & chat with a good amount of outlets. I don’t recall a time where I was struggling to find an outlet, and if you’re one that’s always going to different cafes to study… you know that this is a real struggle. It’s not too hug or too smile, it’s good sized café. Moving onto the drinks, they’re delicious! I always get their Thai tea with pudding(the usual that I crave when I’m in class lolol). It’s simply delicious and creamy. The pudding is yummy & nicely sweeten. Seriously one of the best Thai tea’s I’ve tried. My boyfriend always gets something new, and there was not one instant where he looked at me with disappoint and this dude can be criticizing. Give this place a try if you’re in the area! :)

I was really craving some aiyu/lemon jelly boba from Champion Snacks, but was sad to see that it had closed. Womp womp. So then I was in a crisis – I had my mind set on boba, and I had to have it. Luckily, I saw another promising boba shop across the parking lot and ended up here! The interior of the shop is small, but it’s well-lit and comfy. There were a bunch of students hanging out and some other people doing work at the tables. Their menu was small(for example, they don’t have almond milk tea), but they had all the basic milk teas, which was perfect for me. :) I ordered myself a jasmine milk tea + boba. It was really good! For those of you who don’t like overly sweet drinks, this is the place to be. The milk tea was smooth, creamy, and fragrant, and I really liked its overall flavor. The boba, though not honey boba, was a good consistency. I’m glad I could add another go-to boba place to the list!

I got the Jasmine milk tea with pearls. This location used to be spoonful if you remember(a froyo location) since then, it has now turned into a nice boba location. Back when there was Escape in the Taiwan market(which is now an Indian supermarket) there was no need for boba, but now Plano senior high schoolers and SAT prep kids from Karen Dillard’s can hop on over, lol. Anyways, they really did improve the looks of the inside. They’ve added some wood, new chairs and tables, and it is an overall comfortable place to hang out. Now to the boba. I would compare this second to Kungfu Tea and that’s because they were good! The service here is A LOT better and the people in the front are very sweet in helping you, even bringing you a straw. The boba is chewy and soft so if you like that… this is the place to go.

I’m so happy my friend introduced me to Tasty Cup, because I believe this place makes the best jasmine milk tea in Dallas. The boba here also has the perfect balance of chewiness and softness. The workers here are incredibly cordial and there is plenty of indoor seating. Tasty Cup also has stamp cards. I believe it’s buy six and get one free. This place also has free wifi and a plethora of outlets. I don’t actually live in Dallas, but Tasty Cup seems like a great place to be studious and get some work done. Note: You will need a code to use the restroom — just ask one of the coworkers.

GETTHEGREENTEAMILKSHAKEBECAUSEIT’S SOGOOD and then maybe find a friend to share it with because it’s real rich. Do you like green tea ice cream? Me too, it’s my favorite type of ice cream. now imagine it in a milkshake. It’s pretty much the bomb. I managed to finish mine but then I felt REAL full after so make smart decisions.

I want to like Tasty Cup because the service was so friendly. But, it really didn’t impress me enough to want to keep coming back — only if I am in the area. I ordered a coffee milk tea with egg pudding and boba – they did not have almond milk tea. Their coffee milk tea is actually one of the better ones I’ve had in Dallas-even though it was a little on the bland side. Not even my fav boba joint(Fat Straws) can’t perfect the coffee milk tea. My friend’s mango drink was a little bland. The tapioca was a bit mushy, but better than it being too chewy or hard. They have smoothies, loose leaf teas, milk teas, slushes… not sure if they use real fruit though. I see a lot of syrup containers.

There have been SO many different establishments to try out this corner of the plaza(yogurtland…) but I seriously hope this one sticks around. For those of you who may remember, there used to be a number of Tapioca/Boba/Bubble Tea places in the Plano area. Escape, Java and Cha, the place on 15th — and they’ve all closed down. Fat Straws seems to be the only one to survive the test of time(rightfully so) but it’s nice to have options that wouldn’t require a 15 – 20 minute drive. DRINK: I got a passion fruit/mango green tea. All their teas are syrup/powder based but don’t freak out. I feel like the selling point of this place will be the size and atmosphere. Depending on how late this stays open, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the new hot spot for studying and quiet dates. The décor and ambience has Fat Straws beat in that there’s no pushing and shoving to get inside the restaurant to order a drink. SERVICE: The lady who served us was sweet and accommodating. I will return!

Hands down the best Jasmine Boba Milk Tea I’ve had in Dallas. Unlike other stores, I didn’t taste a trace of matcha powder, and it really retained the integrity of jasmine’s taste in the milk tea. The tea itself was extremely smooth, and it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet but you can always ask to have half sugar for less sweetness. The boba was slightly smaller than I’m used to, but it was the perfect chewy consistency. Service was also above average compared to your ordinary boba tea shop. After placing my order, I took a seat to set up my laptop to work. To my surprise, the worker brought my drink directly to me and held the straw container in her other free hand, allowing me to choose my preferred straw color. In terms of the ambiance, Tasty Cup is decorated in bright, lively colors. Seating is available in several forms, so choose your fave(e.g, table seating, bar counter high top seating, and couch). The best thing though? Outlets are available at nearly every seat! Couple that with the free wifi and you get the perfect study /work area. I would only be cognizant of the loud noises from the blender if you require absolute silence to work /study though.
