TLC Dentistry

I had a crack tooth due to old fillings and just got this repaired recently. I don’t like pain and the dentist did not mind providing shots to help deal with this which I liked. I have have had some other medical issues which they listen to and help validate this today with other doctors. Think you find this pleasant with some of the seasoned veterans here are willing to help you anyway they can today. Ms. Rachel and Ms. Maria do listen to you and will help anyway they can. I even got a call one evening the day prior as a reminder to work with my on appointments. Thank you

This place is terrible. Kooky dentist, rude hygenist. This dentist likes to manhandle patients during procedures. The hygenist proclaims that she has 20 years but thinks it is appropriate to push a handheld xray machine against the patient’s face and glasses. This hygenist is also very unprepared, constantly leaving the room. The patient use of cell phones will severely upset her even though she herself is constantly unavailable and not on task. Also, avoid buying a toothbrush from this practice. They say they will help you with any issues and then suddenly claim that they do not have time to call manufacturers. Also overpriced and a lot cheaper elsewhere. Maria seems friendly at first and then she’ll turn on you, ignoring you mid-​conversation and be rude in other ways as well. She can behave very unprofessional such as telling the patient that using a cell phone «ticks off» the hygenist. This place also cannot keeo prunes stocked for children … not a kid-​friendly practice. This place does not provide TLC despite their name, expensive décor and massage chairs. Since there are dentists practically every other block, look around the corner for a better place with consistent quality and caring staff.
