I live so close to here, yet only come like once a year. When I walk in, I immediately remember why I never come here and start to consider walking back out. It’s usually when I’m in a hurry and need something quickly. Well. since i only come once a year… I tend to forget, that if you’re in a hurry. do not come here. You’ll walk through crowded aisles of people stocking things who don’t even attempt to move out of your way. Seriously, what is the point of being 24⁄7 if almost all of your aisles are inaccessible after 10pm? Greedy. Also, the lines are always insanely long and the cashiers are so slow. You’d think that going through self check out would speed up the process? Nope. Not with all the broken machines. Employees basically hate life and they aren’t afraid to show it with their faces and their mannerisms. The only thing decent around here is the gas station. Other than that. ughhh.

Agree with other person posting about products never in stock. I had to stop shopping there because I could never fill my usual weekly grocery list. Items that were out of stock typically remain out of stock for 3 – 4 weeks. Sometimes longer. They eventually return to the shelves, but I cannot prepare meals like this. The indian man in the pharmacy is not friendly and down right rude at times. He doesn’t say much and his help is more knowledgeable than he is. The store manager is rude and people will stand there while the self-check lanes all have red lights flashing for more than a few minutes. It’s pathetic, and I wish it would just hurry and go out of business so a real store can come back again.

To Michele Watson, Vice President of Customer Service: I appreciate your survey request of how your Walmart customer service team performed, unfortunately it seemed to expire within only a couple days. So I figured I would go ahead and post it here to save you time. To put it simply, I would rate your CS team as a 1 out of 10. I initially tried to call, but the wait time to reach a person was 30 minutes. So I tried emailing. There must be even fewer CSR’s working the email as it took two days to receive a response. Feel free to look up the exchange: Reference#: 141223 – 271. These were Christmas presents shipping to store and I receive a notice to pick up by 12⁄25. Not only were they shipped to the wrong store, but when I showed up on 12⁄22 to pick up, I was told that they could not be released to me because they were being shipped back to the warehouse because I hadn’t picked them up. Of course I was being refunded for the purchase price, but as I mentioned they were Christmas presents. As mentioned already, I have tried calling and email your CS team with no luck. For your convenience, I will be happy to keep posting this as Facebook content continues to scroll, so you may not see this the first time I post it. UPDATE: Your Facebook team seems to be the only responsive department at Walmart(must be to combat all the negative comments on your page). After several posts to FB, your CS team responded only to tell me that I should just buy another TV but they couldn’t honor the price«because we have special seasons so the system create a limitations». I assume that means that the computer screen in front of this person says no and they are too busy to pick up the phone and get someone in management involved to override the all powerful computer screen. Michele, I am assuming you still haven’t seen my post or you would have obviously stepped in given your concern for my experience at your store. I’ll go ahead and post it a few more times on FB so you will have a chance to see it.

I understand that this is a WALMART, but since this«market» is supposed to carry mainly groceries, they need to keep their groceries in stock! I spent almost 2 hours in here, doing my big monthly grocery shop. I’m so frustrated because they were completely out of 40% of the things I needed. Not unusual or unpopular items either. So now, I’m unable to cook what I had originally planned for tonight’s dinner, and will be ordering a pizza instead. Having to go to a completely different store to finish my list, is beyond irritating. Also, I had the hardest time locating the correct prices for items on the shelves & in the coolers/freezers. Completely unorganized store! Won’t be back to this store. Awful.
