I feel weird saying this but… I actually LOVE going to the dentist! Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! He is incredibly smart, very personable and funny too :) Routine dental care is relaxing! That’s right! Relaxing! He has noise canceling headphones and flat screens on the ceiling with Netflix… awesome. His skill as a dentist is an art… completely painless shots… unbelievable. He has been available at odd hours when I have had dental emergencies with my kids. His hygienists are super nice and do a great job. My teeth are clean, but not sore when I leave :) I always feel like a VIP!

I hate dentist s. I mean they have to catch me in the parking lot to get me too go! But once I met doctor lo that is all fixed.
No pain you can trust him andv if you need him you can call him at home.
We’ve been coming to see him for years so that says allot!
He’s just great! You should give them acall! I promise you’ll be glad you did.

Dr. Lo is awesome! He performed the molar extractions with such ease and skill that it was anti-​climatic. I was watching netflix with a set of Bose earphones and enjoying the whole dental treatment and experience. Moreover, Dr. Lo is honest, patient, and very medically capable, and I think that is all I’d ask for in a medical practitioner. Two thumbs up, doc!

I am rating this business 5 stars++.I really appreciate DR. Lo. Sometimes it’s the customers who aren’t as patient and understanding as we ought to be to great business people like DR. Lo. I respect DR. Lo so much and can’t wait to visit him soon.

Dr. Wilson Lo is absolutely the best. He’s very skillful, trustworthy, and funny.
The office is very clean with nice furniture. The people working there are always very friendly. They also have netflix at each room, so you can watch movies/​shows while you get your teeth cleaned/​fixed.
Dr.Lo is absolutely the best dentist I have been with. Had a root canal couple years ago, Dr. Lo is so skillful, I didn’t feel a thing – no pain what so ever. I joked that had I known it was going to be this painless, I’d have visited him years earlier. He’s also done a lot of other work on my teeth that made my teeth look good now. Now my whole family sees Dr. Lo for our dental needs.
I feel I can always trust Dr. Lo’s advice. He’s never tried to «sell» me anything that I don’t need, always advising what’s best for the patient.
I highly recommend Dr. Wilson Lo.

I have been going to Texas Dental in Plano for many years. In my opinion, Dr. Wilson Lo is far and away the best dentist I have known in my 60+ years, and Amanda Parker is the best hygienist. I have also had experience with Dr. Lazarus in the office, who is also a highly competent and kind dentist. The entire office staff is excellent, particularly Gracie, Myra and Monier, and the patient is made to feel that everybody cares. I have had a number of crowns and other procedures performed by Dr. Lo, and he is kind, courteous, professional and patient. I can’t recommend Dr. Lo, Amanda and the entire office highly enough.

Dr. Wilson Lo with Texas Dental is amazing. He and his staff have gone out of their way to help me with my Dental needs. Recently I relocated to the Plano area and found myself in need of a Dentist. My husband found Texas Dental on Unilocal and with the many positive reviews he called to see if I could get an appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful. Although they were double booked the next day, they fit me in first thing in the morning. Dr. Lo gave me exceptional care. I was on antibiotics for several days before completing my dental work. He called to check on me, if I had concerns (as I did from the meds being too strong) I was able to call him at any point. He was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. I actually cried out of gratefulness for his extreme kindness and willingness to see me as a new patient. He work is excellent, his staff is professional, they all make you feel at ease. What a blessing!!!

This review is required from a long time. I was searching for a dentist in Plano area. Was in a haste as my already treated root canal tooth (from Frankfurt Germany) was hurting… visited a female dentist in the plano area who misguided me by saying that my tooth is in serious condition. it seemed that she desired to make money and not to help her patients. Then I researched on Unilocal and found Dr. Wilson Lo and followed my gut instinct to see him though he was not in my insurance network. My first visit was amazing. I reached 45min late (first time ever happened in my life that I am late for my appointment that also 45min. very embarrasing).
Mayra at the front desk with a lovely smile was very kind and patient. She helped me and also offered her desk to read my x-​ray reports which the former dentist was supposed to email them but she didnt and I have to pull it from my email account.
Gracie, Dr Lo’s assitant took me in the treatment room. She is charming and cute. Her smiling face instantly makes yo feel refreshed. She made be at ease. Gracie I really love your winning and respectful attitude. thanks for making me comfortable and thus making my every appointment so refreshing and relaxing.
Now about Dr. Wilson Lo
He is a cheerful lovely person who will greet you with a smile and keen attitude. Wonderful experience. no pain no worries… I told Dr. Lo i dont mind coming daily for treatment. I am so much in love with this clinic and the staff that i cant stop writing. It was important for me to review this place and Dr Lo in detail as I want everyone should go and visit Dr. Lo even if he is not in your network because Dental health and yearly check-​ups are very important for your heart health as bad dental health can cause serious illness. So stop worrying about the pain and freaky experiences we had in past with our former dentists. just go and see Dr.Lo.I am sure you will have a memorable positive experience.

I have officially found a dentist that I love and trust! I have not been to the dentist in over four years!!! I know nasty but hey I really didn’t like or trust any of them.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The dental tech that cleaned my teeth was wonderful. No pain or discomfort. You would think that after so many years I would have one or the other nope, nada, none!!! You can also watch netflix while they are working on your teeth.
I also have always had a problem with TMJ and Dr. Ricci immediately answered my questions about that and recommended someone to go to for that. I will have to review him later ;)

I had not been to the dentist in nearly 3 years and was a bit nervous that I was going to be scolded for being a horrible patient and for not being more diligent about my oral health… this was the complete opposite of my experience at Dr. Lo’s office.
I was warmly greeted and after filling out a couple introductory forms and insurance information, I was quickly taken back by my hygienist, Amanda. She was very pleasant, explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and ensured my comfort level along the way. The cleaning was painless and the x-​rays were easier than I remember.
Dr. Lo came in and checked my teeth and my x-​rays and discussed everything in detail with me. I had just one molar that was questionable and I could have chosen to get the filling re-​done or we could wait and continue to watch it to see if I have any discomfort. I appreciated that he gave me that option and didn’t press treatment on me that wasn’t entirely necessary. He also ensured that I got his business card and pointed out his emergency cell phone number in case I ever need it.

I was also able to speak with someone to review my insurance and determine what was covered and how much I would have to pay out of pocket if I chose to have the treatment at a later time. I really like that they don’t just throw you to the wolves, they really take the time to explain and give you all of your options so you can make an informed decision.
Dr. Lo’s office is one of the best I’ve been to and would highly recommend it to anyone who is a little gun shy like I was.

I found Dr Lo. thanks to Unilocal and some other review sites for doctors only ! I was a bit apprehensive, but when i arrived the receptionist was warm and friendly. I had no wait, and the hygienist actually demonstrated each step of the cleaning process before beginning so i would know what to expect and why they do each thing. During the cleaning I got to watch the tv above, although Im not sure that was so great for her because i kept laughing (it was The Office season 1) lol. she was patient and even stopped for a bit when i started to feel panicky … Dr Lo came in and sat down with his coffee. He had about a 15 min convo with me about history and whats going on in my mouth and his concerns etc… I am very pleased and will be returning soon for more work! My husband also had some issues that they were able to correct from bad surgery previously!

I have found the holy grail of Dentists! I have never left a dentist office feeling happy and calm until today.
Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers review on this office I decided to give Dr. Lo and his crew a try. The office is a tad bit hard to find, tucked away right off GB tollway, across from what I think might be a catholic school, in a cluster of office suites.
When I came in, everyone was immediately so friendly and the receptionist really set the tone with a very warm demeanor (especially considering it was 7:30am). The office is nicely laid out, with plenty of magazines, toys and coffee as you wait.
My Dental Hygienist was running a little behind on her previous cleaning (no big deal), so another very friendly hygenist grabbed me to take my ex rays to save some time. I still only waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time which i find more than reasonable. I have waited much longer for much less service.
When I got back there the hygenist was very friendly and proceeded to show me the flat screen above my head with NETFLIX! I was pretty pumped about this. I will admit, its been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist (lack of fundage, insurance, etc), but i dont remember them having anything other than Judge Judy or some whack Disney movie playing the last time I was. I got to watch Dexter! Needless to say, I was super impressed with this amenity.
Now I’ll be honest. I’ve been a bad girl and have not been flossing like I should. I was having some discomfort as the hygenist was cleaning my teeth and not only was she concerned, but I could tell she changed her approach and was gentlier in the areas I expressed my discomfort. This was such a nice change to my last cleaning at a different dentist’s office where I felt I was being abused!
After I met with Dr. Lo and he was fanatastic! He explained the importance of flossing with out scolding me and gave me several visual refreneces that made me understand what was going on in my mouth and how to better take care of my teeth. He really took the time out to make me understand everything. I could tell he really cares about his practice, his patienst and his staff. Every employee seemed genuinely happy to be there. All these things fostered such a warm environment for me, the patient that I have already reccomended him to two of my coworkers. I cant say enough great things about this practice.

Dr. Lo at Texas Dental in Plano is the Greatest. I went to Dr. Lo after moving to this area and having a not so positive experience with another dentist. I went into the office with chicken feathers flying, no really I have dental phobia. He is so calm and patient, he walks you through each step. My entire family goes to Dr. Lo. My three sons look forward to seeing him, they think he is also the greatest. As a parent I can’t ask for anything more, children who are not afraid of the dentist. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and understanding. I highly recommend Texas Dental.

I don’t see Dr. Lo, but I see Dr. Ricci in the same office. I’ve spoken with all the dentists and dental hygienists in the office every time I go, and everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely care about how you’re feeling.
I had major dentist fear when I first went to Dr. Ricci (seeing Little Shop of Horrors as a young child combined with terrible dentists will do that). I explained to him that if I got sarcastic and snippy, that was why, because that’s how I express my frustration. He laughed and talked to me through the whole procedure, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times, and explaining exactly what he was doing when he could see a hint of fear in my eyes. Their oral surgeon is Dr. Moore, who extracted my wisdom teeth and joked with me before the surgery. He noticed that I was a hockey fan, and that’s how he calmed me down, being a fan himself. It’s things like that, the little touches of personal care, that make this office a great one. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a new dentist!

Dr Lo is the Rolls Royce of Dentists in Plano. From the flat screen tv’s above your examination chair, to the friendly staff to the option of sedation or nitrous that they give you if things hurt too much. They go the extra mile to make you and your family feel comfortably. I have been seing this dentist for over 2 years now and he is great with kids and with adults. His support staff is fantastic. I have always left his office feeling better about my teeth. He is great with his procedures and I would recomennd him to anyone in need of a new dentist.
