Worst customer service I’ve EVER received at a cleaners! Instead of trying to talk Tao a customer they argue with you and give attitude and tell you it’s your fault or the «fabric» that is to blame! Prices are way high for less than mediocre work! Go elsewhere if you don’t want a hack job on your tailoring!

This place is horrible! Okay, the owner doesn’t know how to talk to anyone! From the customers to the employees!!! This place is nasty, and it smells!!! I would not take my clothes there, ever! I’m telling you take your clothes elsewhere. Once the customers leave she talks about them. «I know everything about my customers, from where they live, how much their homes cost» one lady asked her why her total was so high, the lady paid and left here the owner comes again, oh she drives a BMW, and her home is 400,000 dollars, but she’s complaining about the price she paid to have it cleaned! I can go on and on about this place, just stay away, and take your clothes to a place that cares and appreciates their customer, oh and that’s sanitary!!! 0 stars!

Presto Cleaners is the BEST cleaners in town. If you have a stain they almost always seem to get it out. I have been using them for years and years. I cannot recommend them higher.
They are the hardest working people in Plantation! They provide quick quality service and I would trust them with my most delicate garments!

The owner is rude like other said, I know I’m not native English speaker but I try my best, and she just kept marking my pronunciation and pretended she doesn’t understand what I say. Good luck with your business

They do not even deserve a star due to their horrible customer service. The owner is RUDE and never smiles. She is so standoffish that I refuse to give her my hard earned money. The constant turnover of staff is the result of bad management!
Pricing is fair. The place is disgustingly dirty. I refuse to go there any longer. I recommend Jet Clean across the street in the new Kinko’s plaza.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT PRESTO CLEANERS!

I needed a few extra shirts cleaned and pressed before my trip to South Carolina the next day. Despite of the really negative review, I took a chance and they were able to get it done for me!
3 stars is for the terrible customer service. The lady who was there was very rushy (despite me being the only one there) and was not very reassuring of my requests.

I have been a customer with Presto Cleaners for several years now. Presto is the best. The customer service is excellent. My shirts, pants and suits come out excellent. There are no complaints here. I highly recommend Presto, for your dry cleaning.

Presto Cleaners has been way more trouble than they are worth. I purchased a Groupon for $ 110 worth of dry cleaning. I didn’t realize that there was a ridiculous stipulation that I had to use all $ 110 in one visit — excluding alterations! My bad. I let them do the work anyways and just paid cash. I got Groupon to refund my cost and then purchased a lower, more realistic value of Groupon. Today, I brought more clothes in and was told that the Groupon was only for new customers. I still left a couple of items with them, because I like to be reasonable.
The point of the promotion, I presume, was to generate new business. They will never get my business again and I have already deterred another business person from using them. I will continue to warn people. Another issue they have is that I have never seen anyone there smile. I entered with a big smile and friendly «hello» but was greeted with a grimace and «how can I help you». They don’t seem like happy people and they passed it on to me. I won’t subject myself to that again, and you shouldn’t either.
