Villas at Playa Vista

I found an apartment! The Villas at Playa Vista were very accommodating to my needs. The unit I want is not open yet so they allowed me to move into a one bedroom in the same building until my unit is completed. Again than you SO MUCH MARWA, you are an AMAZING sales rep!

The Villas I, II, and III management (Villas II — Angela Meyers) & staff really cared that we all had a great time and met our new neighbors. I attended the RED EVENT in my new apartment home, Villas at Playa Vista and had the best time! Everything was laid out so perfectly. The event coordinators Jennifer Foreman and Krys were on top of their game. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks were all amazing. I’m so glad to be apart of this awesome community and I’m looking forward to many more events to come!!! Oh, the Dj took the show! He was truly one of a kind. He played a total mixture of hits all night long… go DJ Vice Versa!

I’ve been living in Villas II in Playa Vista for one month now and am so happy!
LOCATION is fabulous — first class theater, restaurants, stores, banks, pharmacy — just minutes walk from my front door. And the ocean is a short 3 miles away passing thru Ballona Wetlands with its unique plants and wildlife.
APARTMENTS have high end appliances and a pool, gym, outdoor entertaining areas, weight and yoga rooms conveniently located.
SALES and RESIDENT SERVICES STAFF are fabulous! They go above and beyond any sales and residential support staff I have ever seen. In Sales, Mike was fantastic. Brandi was terrific helping me with the paperwork and so much more. Once moved in, Angie, Lionel & Gericka did everything they could to make me comfortable.
I was one of the first to move in and was happy to do so even knowing there would still be some construction going on. One morning I had a lot of household items to take to my car and the elevators were being worked on so out of use. When one of the Service Techs saw my dilemma, he made a call and shortly a crew arrived helping me carry all my items down 5 flights of stairs. Big thanks to Guillermo, Terry and Issac!
I would HIGHLY recommend Villas at Playa Vista.
