Sandalwood Chiropractic

I have been seeing Dr. Bob and B, the massage therapist, at Sandalwood Chiropractor for as long as I can remember (10+ years). I was in a car accident over 15+ years ago and needed chiropractor care to prevent pain. I now see both Dr. Bob and B once a week as preventative care. Some people may think seeing a chiropractor and masseuse once a week is a lot. You get your car maintained and aligned regularly. Why would you not align and maintain your body regularly? Cars can be replaced but you have only one body. No amount of money can buy you a new body. Dr. Bob has been very flexible and worked with my situation (whether I was W-​2 and fully insured or 1099 with no medical insurance that covered Chiropractic care). B is awesome. She really is in tuned with my body. Thank you Dr. Bob and B!!! You guys ROCK!

Dr. Bob is THE BEST. I have a very difficult, chronic situation and Dr. Bob is the only one around that can fix it. There are only 3 chiropractors that can successfully adjust me, one in Santa Rosa, one in San Francisco and one in Contra Costa county which is Dr. Bob at Sandalwood Chiropractic in Pleasant Hill. When I moved to Contra Costa County, I went though at least 10 – 15 chiropractors until I found him. I live in Oakley and I drive a half hour each way to see Dr. Bob because he ALWAYS gets it. It’s well worth the time since I come away with relief. He makes it look so easy; he has many years experience. Thank goodness for him and his healing hands. Plus, he has a witty sense of humor and a wonderful, positive attitude.

I really enjoy Dr. Bob– as he told me in the most friendly way I could call him. I was having chronic pain in my upper back, which I though was due to stress. I have been going to see him about twice a week for the last two months and so far it has been the perfect rememdy! I haven’t had to take any medication (which I avoid if possible) and the pain hasn’t returned. He is also reasonable with payment… my insurance didn’t cover it and he isn’t as costly as some other chiropractors!

Dr. Schaefer definitely knows what he’s doing. Great service, friendly staffs and very flexible with last minutes appointments. I couldn’t ask for more!!!
