This location was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted at every turn. I was tried to pay with gift card, but it could not be recognized by their system since it had recently been updated and my card was old. Instead of saying too bad and waving me off, the associate tried everything to make it work. When nothing worked, she got the manager Naomi involved. After trying a few more things, Naomi offered to contact corporate to get to the bottom of things. I was happy to receive a call the next day from Naomi and from Corporate in an effort to resolve the issue. A new gift card with my previous balance is coming my way and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Naomi and your wonderful staff! I will be returning to the Pleasant Prairie location soon to use that new gift card!
