Designer Portraiture by Kevin Auyong

Kevin has been photographing our children and our family for over 15 years. His artistic eye and incredible editing skills have allowed us to chronicle the growth of our children with priceless photographic masterpieces.
That first picture, in 1999, was when our son’s were 4−½ and 3 and our daughter was only 10 months old. He was very patient and helpful in capturing a precious time in our kids lives that we will cherish forever. He took photos with just the kids and our whole family. His suggestions are always spot on and he delivers on his promise of a great «shot».
In 2003, I needed a Mother’s Day gift. So I called Kevin and set up a «kids only» session. We went to another of Kevin’s many terrific photo shoot locations and he produced another magic moment caught on film. This time was only the kids, but it was a great location and the images were terrific.
In 2008, five years after that «kids only» shoot, we took not only our family of five, but my brother’s family of five, my niece, and my mom and dad. My mother was sick and Kevin was very conscientious and caring in setting up shots and taking the time to get my mom in a comfortable location for the pictures. We cherish these pictures more than most as it turned out to be less than a month before breast cancer took my mom from us. But we have these pictures and know she was so happy to be with us creating memories that keep her spirit alive.
Each of our boys has since graduated high school and had their senior portraits done by Kevin. We felt the specialness of graduating and moving on to college demanded something more than the generic photos the school photographer was suggesting. Kevin’s work was incredible and we look forward to this coming summer (2015) when our daughter will take her senior portraits with Kevin. Time sure flies.
Because time is passing so quickly, we recently came full circle with our family of five. We took our family photo and let Kevin’s creativity run wild. We went on location to Half Moon Bay and took several family shots. Our favorite is one with the ocean in the background.
I would recommend Kevin on so many levels. His artistry, creativity, professionalism, and his patience is incredible. You can get cheaper photos taken and many people feel they can take their own photos because then own a fancy camera. However, if you want to have truly valuable photo, Kevin can provide you with a portrait of incredible and unmatched value. You will definitely get what you pay for.

We used Kevin 3 years ago for my daughters senior portraits and he was amazing! He is definitely worth chosing for a photo that captures a moment in time that will be charished for a life time. Our second daughter is a senior this year and we be calling him again!

This photographer does many of the senior pictures, yet each one seems different. He finds photogenic locations in Pleasanton, and takes amazing shots. Although he is expensive, the photos are worth it.
