First time at this particular location but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I called and they asked me when I would like my order ready instead of telling me when it would be. I let them know that 10 minutes would be good and when I got there it was ready and hot. Their crazy bread sticks were fresh, hot, and delicious. The woman who helped me was super friendly and professional and smiled and thanked me for coming. And even though this was my first time to this city I was able to find this location pretty easily. I’m still giving them five stars even after discovering that they have the same problem of not fully slicing the pizza as my home location does. If you enjoy Little Caesars pizza and you’re ever in Pleasanton I definitely recommend going to this location.

Wanted a slice of pizza so I thought I’d try here since a whole pizza costs the same as one piece elsewhere. I think I prefer paying more for one slice than getting a whole pizza here. It looks great but it has too much bread in proportion to the rest of the ingredients. Perfect for feeding a large family on a budget or a kids soccer team but not what I want anymore. Last night I had food poisoning and still have it today. I got the ready made pizza stored in their oven. Two stars to one.

They dont have Hot and Ready pizzas. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni, they had me pay, then told me it would be 10 minutes for them to make it. Its Saturday night and theres two people working making pizzas as theyre ordered. Ridiculous. Also, not $ 5 hot and ready. Price is $ 5.99 plus tax

Buyer beware! The typical hot-n-ready pizzas between 4 and 8 has yet to be true for this place. Be prepared there is usually only 2 – 3 people working and no pizzas are ready to go so you’ll have to wait at least 5 – 10 minutes(if not more, depending on what you order) to get your order.

Look’n for delicious pizza with great service? Little Caesar’s Pizza is your answer. With fresh, warm pizza Little Caesars has great customer service. Also the wait for my order came very quickly with barley any one ordering. I would suggest going to Little Caesars if your looking for a pizza night here in Pleasanton.

This location does not do hot and ready pizzas. They have pictures up of pizzas they no longer sell. When they increased the prices on everything instead of getting new posters they have put black tape over outdated advertising and number stickers overt old prices…

Highly amused at what just happened. I called in an order and specifically asked for certain things to ensure my pizza was actually made fresh. I was told 10 mins and I said ok. I get there and it took them a while to come to the front. I explained to the first person what I’d ordered and he immediately grabbed the guy who took my order. He goes and grabs a deep dish that clearly had been sitting for a while and opens it and goes over to the phone where he left my order and walks back to the front. He dramatically states he forgot to add my additional toppings he then asks me if he can give them to me on the side. I calmly said it’s ok I will just place another order. He then goes but I will give you the toppings in a cup if you take this pizza… Really??? I told him never mind and went to another location that correctly made my order.

Got here 3 minutes before closing and I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff being friendly, rather than pushing us out. They were even making another pizza for a customer. :O The pizza was also good. :)

This placed sucked! The employee was rude and it took forever for anyone to even help me at the register. I asked for a garden salad which is there menu board and the employee said they don’t sever salad! Like what? Don’t advertise something you don’t keep in the restaurant. I don’t advise anyone use this place for pizza.

Best Little Caesars ever! You get what you pay for so this rating reflects the price range. For cheaper pizza, they do a great job. Our kids hate sauce so we always call in and order it with very little sauce and its always great. I like the vegetarian option with light sauce. Tried other Little Caesars and have not been pleased so you might give this one a second shot if you tried a different location.

I wouldn’t have thought I would like a pizza that’s so cheap, but we were at a friend’s birthday party, and they bought a few of the thick crust style pizza(1 or 2 dollars more than the regular). WOW. What a difference! The thick crust is really great. We brought two of these to a party with pepperoni, and they were gobbled right up. Nobody could believe they were from Caesar’s either! I do recommend that you CALLINADVANCE of going to pick up a thick crust because it takes extra time and I don’t know if they even bake any that are ready to walk right out the door if you come in and ask for it. Overall, this is a great option for a quick, cheap, filling meal and especially if you have teenagers, like I do!

Yes it is $ 5, and yes you get what your pay for, but come on! I can’t cook and I’ve made better pizza at my house. It is just disgusting, and makes me feel sick thinking about it.

I haven’t been to a Little Caesar’s very often since their locations can be hard to find in small shopping centers, but ran across this one when getting sushi from Sozo once. Since it’s been 13 years since I had a slice from Little Caesars, we gave it a whirl. The price of the pizza was ridiculously CHEAP. $ 5 for a large pepperoni or large cheese. You can’t beat that even with DiGiorno’s at safeway. The $ 5 pizzas are always ready so you don’t even have to call it in before picking one up. Their sides are really cheap too like $ 2.50 for bread sticks, $ 4 for cheesy bread or $ 5 wings. The pizza’s taste was okay. It’s very average and hand tossed. The cheese was the average amount like not cheesy or too skimpy. There was plenty of sauce, but it didn’t taste freshly made. I think it was likely from a can. Considering the price, you can’t expect a mind blowing experience, but it provides the best bang for the buck pizza you can find anywhere. The people working there were courteous and provided service promptly. 3 stars for being average with most pizza places, the 4th star for the crazy cheap price. The only big downside is they don’t accept credit card and they do accept debit card with an extra $ 1 debit fee. With how cheap it is, I would definitely come back again in the future.

I don’t know what possessed me to go to Little Caesar’s last night. I think it was the craving of pizza + those stupid $ 5 commercials + convenience + lack of clarity. All of these factors led me to this place. It’s no stretch of the truth to say that I haven’t been to Little Caesar’s in years. I’m talking more than decade here, before I could drive(and before I knew better!). Well I’m older & wiser and the pizza here is just so BLAH. First — their«Hot & Ready» snazzy slogan??? Yeah, that’s all it is: a slogan. Because our pizza was lukewarm at best. Secondly, the dipping sauce tastes like tomato sauce from a jar. And the pizza? Oh man, it’s so true when they say that you can put a dress & makeup on a pig, but it’ll still be a pig. Hmm… did that alliteration work? Anyways, bottom line — if not for the pepperoni on the pizza, I don’t think i would’ve been able to stomach it. And I LOVE pizza — I’m no fairweather fan! But this place? Ick. Times are tough and people will get sucked in by the marketing, but in the end you’ll end up with some serious buyer’s remorse.

What can I say except yuck. Pizza crust is thick and tasteless and sauce is straight out of can. Stingy on the toppings. If you put Ketchup on a hot dog bun and threw on some cheese you would be better off then getting a Little Caesars pizza. What is surprising is my mom likes this pizza and she is full blooded New York Italian. Oh well I guess your taste buds go first when you get old. Only good thing is that they are cheap so you don’t feel that bad when you throw them garbage.
