If you are a Safeway employee you should be going to this gym of you can. Pro: Free! Clean and professional Good selection of equipment: cardio, weight, and free weights Classes, again free! Spacious, or at least it’s big enough. Personal trainers at about $ 64 a session if I remember right. Free lockers Free showers Free towels They have sanitary wipes for you to wipe equipment Con: You may not want to workout with your boss or coworker. However, you can avoid people pretty well since its big Hours — they have perfectly adequate hours of 5 – 8 M-Th and till 7 on Friday and are open on weekends, but its not a 24 hour gym. Location: if you are at the main building or close It’s great. If you are more than walking distance the convenience drops.

Clean gym for Safeway employees with a good staff. One room for classes and another quiet room for yoga classes. Clean and stocked locker/shower room. What else can you ask for? Maybe a steam room :)

I started at Safeway on Aug 25th and once I found out about the gym I signed myself up. I think I’m in there about 2−3x a week in addition to my outside workouts. The convenience of all the towels and toiletries is awesome. If they didn’t offer any of that stuff, I would not go in to workout before work. The facility is super clean compared to my other gym(24hr). I do the Monday and Friday morning spin classes and they have met my expectations for a good challenge. One very nice lady noticed that I was a gym rat and keeps me in check with my attendance. The equipment is new and there aren’t weights cluttered all over the place.

This gym is awesome! They have everything a gym-rat would love. Tons of machines, weights, a spin room, and a women’s only work-out room. They supply towels for working out, plus towels for showering post workout. On top of that they offer yoga classes, zoomba classes, and even kickboxing! The staff is super friendly as well. I would much rather work out here than at the local 24Hr Fitness! The only drawback. You have to be an employee at Safeway to use this gym! Good for me. Bad for you(unless you are employed by SWY!).
