This place is best to pamper urself. The ladies are pretty nice n caring. My cousin got his tatoo removal session here and he is really happy with results. My mom lives so far away but whenever she travels to bay area she takes her botox done in sf bay cosmetics. moreover Dr Riopelle is helpful and accessible whenever is needed, which is rare in this business. N the best is the walking distance to down town ! And a hot chocolate after the visit is what I die for :)

My mom got Botox done here a few times with Leslie and she loves how professional and nice she is. I think with skins care and rejuvenation procedures you have to be really comfortable with the nurse and be able to trust her and that’s exactly how she feels about her and this office.
Whenever she has an appointment at SF Bay cosmetics, we usually go together so that we can have lunch together afterwards at downtown Pleasanton which is within walking distance.
The front desk people are also really nice and caring and make sure that not only my mom is comfortable, but also I’m comfortable while waiting for her.
They also let me try some of the skin care and foundation products that they have while I was waiting and I absolutely loved them. I think I’m gonna get some next time. I’m currently using Mac and Laura Mercier foundations, but I think it’s time for me to get products that not only work well, but also are made of ingredients that are good for my skin.
