Horrible service! As a frequent lunch time customer I was very disappointed when I walked in on June 27th at 7:45 and was glared at while walking in as if to say«why are you here we close in 15 mins». When the man who took my order greeted me he said«only cold sandwiches». While he was making my sandwich a young girl walked in and the two people working behind the counter said«sigh were closed» under their breaths but still loud enough for me to hear. the lady sweeping the floor even sighed and said«are you kidding me»! When the young girl behind us was waiting in line for them to make my 4 sandwiches the boy behind the counter with long dirty blonde hair whispered to the other man(Liam I think)” do you want me to help make her sandwiches” and he said«Can you do it without making a mess»? The young boy said«I cant make no promises» and then the man said«then no» and made the girl wait 10 minutes while he finished making my sandwiches and the other guy did nothing. I felt like I was a burden and was inconveniencing them by coming in 15 mins before closing. Horrible service! I Hope the owner reads this because she doesn’t deserve to have such disrespectful employees

It’s 3:47pm, the worst service I ever had here. The guy behind the counter acts like his ears and his right hand is broken. I ask for everything on my number 23 except peppers, and I got no muster after I confirmed I wanted all trimmings except peppers. He did not smile or greet me. I won’t be coming here anymore, I’ll go to the one Danville, where the listen to your orders.

Service at this location is fantastic! Lionel always anticipates my needs and knows what sandwich I like. He is an amazing employee and an awesome guy. Also, Carlos and Bruce are really great employees. Eat here 5 times a week. Love it!!!

I went to order the Hot pastrami and it was good but not warm when it was served. The staff are nice and the sandwich maker knows what he is doing. Clean restrooms and clean dining area. I was kind of disappointed by how the sandwich was at room temperature, not a Hot pastrami but still tasted To go’s good.

Me and my mother were there today. We each ordered our sandwiches with different people. Her experience was good, no issues and very nice. Mine on the other hand not so much. It was a short guy that I ordered with. I had a simple order of a #16 and I wanted honey mustard on it and toasted. While my food was being toasted I asked for a side of honey mustard on the side also. I was then informed they don’t have honey mustard. I asked what he had put on my sandwich then and he told me that it was regular mustard. I informed him that I didn’t want that on there, I wanted the honesty mustard or no mustard(I despise the taste of mustard). Instead of having good customer service he then argued with me that I asked for mustard and was extremely rude about the situation while laughing about it. He then took the sand which and threw it in the trash and started making a new sand which while no talking in an other language to his co worker. He pulled the new sand which from the toaster and threw it on the counter very rudely. Just from this experience alone with how he acted I will not be returning. I believe management should take a look into how their employees treat their customers.

I always hesitate to write reviews for fast food-type chains, but why not when, time and time again, I receive great service? I’ve enlisted this Togo’s for catering lunch meetings and for lunch for little ol’ me. The service is friendly, my sandwiches come out as expected and I have even been helped to my car with large orders. The lady who runs this shop during the day always seems to be on her A game, which I appreciate. I wanted something lighter today so I tried the Garden Vegetable soup. It was full of veggies and a little spice with very low calories. Perfect for a chilly winter when you’re daydreaming of summer! Make sure to sign up for their mailing list as you’ll receive plenty of coupons. My soup was free today!

Togo is Togo, but the lady that works there messed up my order the two times I went there. First time, she was busy talking to another employee while preparing my order and I came home with one less sandwich. Second time, I had to repeat my order two times and she still made the wrong sandwich. Seriously? How hard is it? I won’t be going back to this location anymore!

It’s very frustrating when you call your order in and they say 15 mins. And this is second time I’ve called it in and it’s NOT ready. I have to wait WHILE they help next person in line. The owner was very nice and will be speaking with the manager & the staff to be able to try to fix these type of customer service issues. I do love my Togos and WILL continue to eat there! Love when a manager/owner is takes charge of an issue! 5 star rating to me!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d like to start off by saying, I love Togo’s. This is why I chose them for lunch on my wedding day while we were all getting ready. I ordered the«Build your own platter» to feed 30 people online. When we sent my cousin to go pick it up the food that was supposed to be ready at 11:30am, as of 12pm the food wasn’t even ready because Togo’s claimed they never received an online order. After arguing and providing an order confirmation code, this is when they finally decided to check the database and low and behold, there was an online order for my platter that was supposed to b ready over 30 minutes ago at this point. After arguing with the staff about the order for about 10 minutes they finally rushed to make the order. It was over an hour of waiting my cousin finally returned with the food. I ordered food for 30 people and there was only enough to feed no more than 22 people and the bread was only in 4in loaves. So there wasn’t enough food for everyone nor were there any condiments provided like it was stated online. When my cousin asked for assistance of carrying the food platters to the car, the Togo’s staff refused to assist as «there aren’t enough people to cover», even though there were 5 – 6 people behind the counter. Once the food arrived, a phone call was made and the team lead, Carlos, that was present didn’t want to come to the phone and had someone else be the middle man. Carlos finally decided to come to the phone after 5 minutes of back and forth. After an hour of explaining what had happened he didn’t have a resolution nor could give a refund because he was not a manager. He was suppose to give my number to the manager to have it resolved and here we are 5 days later and still no phone call from anyone at Togo’s to set things right. If this was $ 20 worth of food I wouldn’t be upset. But, I was charged $ 109(they didn’t even honor the online price) for lack of food, arguing with a customer, no resolution and still no phone call. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and there is a big learning experience that needs to happen for all the employees involved. Overall, this location has left over 30 people immensely disappointed in this Togo’s location.

Great food, very friendly staff, and clean. I have been going here for a couple of years now and have always been pretty happy. Lately, I have been pretty disappointed in the portion size. I typically get a salad. Within the last couple of months, portion size barely fills up ¾ of the container versus prior it was abundant. Price of course stays the same. I do not necessarily mind a smaller portion but make the price reflective of it. It is walking distance from work and the other options is either the mall or Specialty’s(way over priced). Thinking of another alternative even if it makes me get in the car.

I used to love this place. But it seems like it has new owners or new management that are unfriendly and morose. The hispanic guy who rang up my order seemed angry and mean. Dude, there are about 15 other lunch places I can go to. I don’t plan to be back any time soon. ..

Love going to this Togo’s! The customer service is awesome and is so rare to find these days. When you walk in you are greeted immediately with the friendliest hello and smile. Fast service, good sandwiches, reasonable price for a quick lunch and back to work.

Professional, friendly, and FAST service. I LOVED the sign that said, «We will assist you once you are finished talking on the phone or texting.» Amazing. Depressing that we have to have signs for this issue now, but amazing.(Nothing is so important that you cant be without your phone for 5 minutes).

When it boils down to where you should get a sandwich, I prefer to make my own, or go to a non-chain. Today I went against my instincts, and decided to pick something up from TOGO’s. I’m not impressed by their selection or flavors, but again it is a chain. Customer Service was fine, but around the area there are many more sandwhich options that will give you much fresher ingredients and with much more sandwich ‘filling’. To compensate for flavor, a lot of their sandwiches use a variety of sauces and flavorings which up the sodium and calorie intake… You’re not going to find any sandwich that will ‘wow’ you here, you’ll need to find better sandwich artists nearby, but the good news is that won’t be too difficult.

I’ve been coming to TOGO’s for as long as I can remember and there isn’t a bad sandwich on the menu. I got my usual turkey and avocado with a generous helping of jalapeños on top. The lady behind the counter was extremely wasn’t and made easy chit-chat throughout. She really helped the process to fly by and we were eating in no time. The only thing holding this back from being a five star rating is a lack of unique adventure in this chain. But, for a restaurant that offers a standardized offering throughout the West, it was a fantastic showing!

I work across the street, so this is a standard go-to place for lunch every so often. The four stars are for the establishment. I can’t really say anything bad about the place. Service is good. Food is fresh and made to order. Today I tried their advertised«Cuban Sandwich» that was made of pulled pork, Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, tangy pickles, a Cuban mustard dressing all on white bread. I was rather disappointed. The pulled pork was dry and bland. The dressing tasted like any garden variety stone ground mustard. The pickles were standard dill. This particular sandwich gets a 2 star rating from me. The sandwich is not a reflection of the overall quality of the restaurant. Next time I’ll order my usual, the #24 on the honey wheat bread — I’ll be quite satisfied with that!
