Timothy P. Lener – Architect. P.C

I found Tim Lener Architect during a search for local architects while contemplating an addition on my house. His work fit with the style of our house.
We needed an extra bedroom and were thinking of relocating the laundry room from the basement.
Tim came to our house listened to what we said and quickly put together an addition that ticked all the boxes and matched the style of our 1927 hip roof colonial. Now when I have people over and they ask about the addition I have to show them what’s new. The addition fits so well with the rest of the house it’s hard to tell new from old.
Tim’s price was reasonable, everything was as expected and during construction when we had a few questions (and changes, which architects notoriously hate) he came right over and did the extra work in a timely fashion, for a nominal fee.
