This place was hands-​down the best experience I could have had as far as getting my blood drawn.
Alex at the front desk was competent, patient, and kind. Getting my blood drawn is sort of a big deal for me, because I have an extreme case of needle-​phobia. From the moment I mentioned that have a lot of anxiety about needles and have a history of fainting, both Alex and the female phlebotomist (didn’t catch her name) did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, both physically and mentally. They did not make me feel like I was just another annoying patient, which has happened in the past, and only makes things worse for for someone with anxiety surrounding needles.
They provided me a place to lay down while my blood was drawn, and agreed without fuss to use a butterfly/​pediatric needle on me. The phlebotomist hit my vein the first try and Alex actually made a point to start a conversation with me about my daughter I had mentioned earlier. I appreciated that he not only remembered that I had mentioned her, but that he made a point to take my mind off of what was happening.
Because of the professionalism and outstanding customer service I encountered at Any Labs, I was able to leave 5 minutes after my draw and felt great afterwards. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now for anyone who is less than comfortable with needles. I am not an ideal patient, but they did not make me feel that way at all. Thank you so much!
