Just had a delicious seafood lunch after a race in the area. The spicy stuffed quahogs were some of the best we’ve had — very fresh and flavorful. I could have kept eating them(good size too). Fish n chips and scallop roll were also great. Not super greasy either which was very appreciated. Good tartar sauce, though fish was so tasty that I didn’t even use much. Service was great — staff was very friendly and welcoming! Great little outdoor seating area which was perfect for a nice day. Recommend to others and if we are in the area again we will definitely return!

Although our order was messed up the staff was very honest about it and very accomodating. The seafood is fresh and good! I also appreciated the outdoor seating. Nice that they have some off street parking as well.

Chowder was so salty $ seafood platter for two was 40 $ and came with one piece of fish a few scallops shrimp and clams. French fries made up the patter. Very disappointing.

We «ate in» the fish market. There are just a few tables. You order at the counter. The food was delicious. It is very casual. You go to eat fresh fish-not for atmosphere. The swordfish steaks looked beautiful. I had a delicious lobster roll– choice of small or large and some lobster bisque that had a cajun flavor. My escort had a fried fish dinner that was delicious. We will definitely go back again.

DiNatale’s has always been a favorite but tonight something different happened. I ordered our usual… family dinner… but it was taking a bit longer than usual. When I asked, I was told the cook had walked off the job a couple hours earlier, leaving two people who normally work the counter alone… Apparently he was bored. Well, I wasn’t overly comfortable not having«the cook» make my meal but everything was perfectly prepared and delicious! I don’t know who this«cook» is but as far as I’m concerned they done need him!

This is my new favorite place on the coast. I wanted a lobster roll. It was perfectly cooked and dressed. The owner greeted most clients by name so not only the seafood local, but the people who know and love seafood come here. The sides were great with onions rings that were utterly delicious. The coleslaw was lightly dressed so you could really taste the flavors of the greens. The tanks for the lobsters and crabs are on the side so you can see the sizes if you want something dramatic like fried lobster tail or lazy lobster(they do the work for you!). It’s casual eating and they do takeaway. But stay, it’s very welcoming.

The lobster roll and onion rings were good, not the best lobster roll but very decent and reasonably prices. Service was quick and employees were friendly. Would go back here again.

Yum! I think this restaurant has the freshest seafood in town. You get more for your money than at the places near the water. The service is slow but the staff is friendly. It also has has a fish market so you can pick out live lobsters. The service is cafeteria style so it’s very casual — but to me, that’s the best sort of atmosphere for eating seafood. If you prefer a view, you could get your food to go and sit outside at nearby Nelson Park. I like the clam chowder and the lobster rolls and my husband likes the stuffed quahogs.

We ate here Labor Day weekend and they were packed. It’s a great informal place to have a bite especially if you have kids. My son and his cousins played and danced to their great playlist in the courtyard area while we ate. I had the crabcake which was pretty good. The lobster and crab rolls were great. My husband had the steamers and loved them. The seafood is amazingly fresh. The girl at the counter was super sweet and attentive even though they were swamped. We’ll totally be back.

I live across the street and we eat here about once a month. Probably the best seafood in Plymouth. I do agree that the prices are a bit high considering the atmosphere. They do have nice outdoor seating, though, which we’ve yet to give a try. The captain’s plate for one feeds us both and is consistently yummy.

Best seafood ever! I had the best lobster, best swordfish and best shrimps and also the best fries ever! The place is really nice. They make you choose fresh seafood from the counter and they’ll cook it for you. Personnel is super nice and accommodating. I live 30miles away from Plymouth but I’m thinking of coming back just to eat here again!

It’s a fish market that serves dine in customers. No table service, you order up front, pay at the cashier, and they bring you the food. You have to go up to the serving area to get your own cutlery and condiments. No big deal. It was a very hot day. We asked if they can turn on the AC. The girl at the counter informed us that they don’t have AC. Just the fan. WHAT? BTW, don’t bother to ask her any questions or express your concern. She will only give you a blank stare and I –don’t-care smile. Not even a reply. The food is slow. Read extremely slow. We waited for 45 mins for our orders. The reason being, they worked on a single delivery system. When they are cooking for dine in orders, everyone gets their meals; including folks that have only sat down 5 mins ago while we waited for 45 mins(they were on the takeout orders track whilst we waited) You get very little food for the price. The fried food came out alright, but it doesn’t wow us or make it worth the wait in this no ac, no service shack. Forget the steamers. They were full of sand. The broth they give you to rid the sand of won’t help with the amount of sands in their steamers. Definitely not worth driving out of your way to eat here.

This place is a little pricey for a paper plate meal. They don’t even give you plasticware they tell you to go grab it yourself.

we felt compelled to take a gander at a rock, which is not really THE rock, and look at a boat, which is not THE original boat. but it’s an american history bucket list item checked off. in the freezing cold. (okay, it wasn’t really freezing cold, but my thin so cal skin told me it was freezing. ma is now home so i am very concerned). we had lunch at DiNatale to thaw out over a cup of clam chowder and a plate of fish n’ chips. i have tendencies to augment chowder once it’s been served. not necessary here. fish was clearly fresh and cooked perfectly. «chips» were crisp. this place is also the only place my son asked for more calamari after finishing the pile on his plate. i stole a few bites. perfectly cooked as well. as a market, the fish looked amazing. this west coast girl hasn’t see cod fillets that big or looking so good in a very long time. too bad we don’t live closer.

Best fried oysters I’ve ever had. In fact, they definitely know how to fry foods right, as the clams, haddock, and even fries were great. What makes this place stand out is how fresh it is; the flavor and texture stands out for your tastebuds to tell, even if your eyes didn’t check the rows of fresh fish displayed where you order. Clam chowder was my other favorite, then the grilled swordfish. Definitely worth trying, and if I’m ever in the area I would not even hesitate to come here again. The place is overall clean, and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the clambake wasn’t what I expected.

Holy cow that was one spectacular piece of grilled tuna. Ate 2 of my wife’s fries, they were good too. She ate her grilled shrimp so fast they were gone before I could mooch. The rice and veg were fine, made correctly. Low on atmosphere, but very clean and friendly staff. I’m sad that there isn’t another bite of tuna

First time visit-went there based on reviews from Unilocal!Lobster roll comes in a close second to Reds Eats in Wisconsette in Maine. Chunks of lobster meat with very little mayo-just the way I like it! Cole slaw was crunchy and fresh! My wife had the steamers which were to die for. We shared a the mild-stuffed Quahaug crab-excellent! It was nice to visit a place where the locals go and it’s out of the way of the usual tourist traffic. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

We liked this place so much that we drove well out of our way on our drive home from Boston just to eat here again! The staff are really friendly, the place is spacious & clean, and their fish is super fresh! It is not on the water, nor is it too close to the tourist attractions, so it doesn’t seem to ever get too busy or crowded with tourists. We loved everything we had there: lobster, haddock, clam chowder, lobster bisque, even the cole slaw was great! The fish tacos are a good deal, and the red pepper aioli they top them with is delicious! They were very nice about giving me extra aioli on the side(instead of tartar sauce) and they even sell containers of it in their refrigerated case. They also have pints & quarts of(frozen) chowder & bisque for you to take home with you!

I love this place – it’s my go-to when in Plymouth because the food is fantastic and the price is right. Everything they make is fresh and delicious; the staff is always pleasant, and(at least when I’ve gone) there are none of the crazy lines you find on the waterfront. I love what they’ve done with the place over the last few years; from a strictly take-out fish market to a cozy restaurant where I can eat my fried seafood before it gets all cold and greasy. The tourists don’t come here because it’s not on the waterfront, which keeps the seats open and the prices reasonable. It’s worth taking the drive to North Plymouth to eat here!
