This store is beyond disorganized. The shoe department is an absolute disaster. You have to go on a hunt to find the shoe you are looking for, when in other stores the shoe would normally be stored underneath the display! Not only is the store ALWAYS a mess, but the employees are RARELY friendly! I wish that I could say something nice about this store, besides its great location, but today it left me feeling frustrated, aggravated, and feeling like I bothered the cashier when it came time for me to check out! This Kohl’s is right next to a TJmaxx, so instead of finding what I need at Kohls, i’ll be happier with spending less and dealing with friendlier people right next door!
