You guys really need to put up an «open» sign, please. My dad somehow got the impression you’re closed not seeing one. It would also help others, I’m sure. He saw no one, no open sign, from outside. Otherwise, good work.

The amount of times they’ve sent the wrong order, or not a complete order, is actually impressive. Pizza has taken 3 HOURS to come on more than one occasion (and there’s no way to know how long it’s going to take until after you place the order), and I always preset my oven when I order, because it’s never come hot.
The customer service set-​up with Pizza Hut is difficult as well — today, they sent the wrong pizza (again) and when you «call the store» it actually calls some phone bank somewhere else — the woman that I spoke to wasn’t able to do anything besides reorder the pizza without getting in contact with the store, which WASN’T ANSWERING HER CALLS.
Seriously. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired immediately.

My pizza was late, but that wasn’t even the problem worth writing a review about, for being a Saturday you can expect a wait. However, the pizza was just not good at all — it was hardly warm and undercooked to the point where I got a stomach ache, you can see the uncooked dough on BOTH pizzas ordered. Perhaps they should hire more staff so there’s not as much of a rush to get pizzas out.

This place desperately needs to hire! Pizza takes over an hour usually to be delivered and is almost always cold. They try hard and I just feel bad they don’t have enough people! Def order online. Way easier since you usually get put thru to call center in some other state anyways.
