Every time I’ve been to this Taco Bell they get my order wrong. Even after I see that they put the right order on the screen and I have them repeat it to me. I hate to have to have rip open my food every time especially when it’s a soft taco or burrito that is messy to make sure it’s right or has no meat. I have never experienced this with any other Taco Bell. It’s ridiculous how careless the workers are it must be because of lousy management.

The staff is very kind via drive thru but I dread when they ask every time HOW ARE YOU? My thought is Who cares! haha, its just a bit awkward, then of course you have to say GOOD THANK YOU, HOW ARE YOU? and they answer GREAT THANK YOU, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER? Its just too much small talk for me when I just want to get my burritos and pay my $ 6 and go. I’m not grumpy, but think about it next time you go thru a drive thru. It’s just not necessary. The food is Taco Bell good, the bathroom needs to be updated.

They’ve messed yo my order so many times. Then to act rude about it is beyond my understanding.
There’s a snobby cashier. Btw the food sucks in comparison to the in Southgate or Riverview.
We ordered two xxl grilled stuffed burritos. One had the dairy on the side. although it was slathered in it. My friend is very allergic. The cups of their sodas always have been out on loosely. Make food, send it out on properly!
Good chance that you’ll have a fun car ride home. Dumping, spoiling and wrong disgusting half worked upon food.

Came thru the drive thru for a late night fourth meal and although the food was as to be expected, the service was the best ever received at a fast food restaurant. The guy who was working the window was named Chad and deserves a raise… Or a better job. Great work!

I’m a fan because everyone there is always kind. They seem to enjoy their job, which is hard to find in the fast food industry. Their prices are higher than the Taco Bell on Ann Arbor Rd because they are a franchise… which sucks, but that’s what you have to do to support a local business.
