W fitness Plymouth is always spotless and staff are very friendly, I also use the W fitness in Foxboro both gyms are great.

If I could give it a zero I would. They are unprofessional and only care about taking your money. Don’t sign up and if you do make sure you watch out if you try to cancel. The regional manager doesn’t address any questions and only cares about his life and complains about speaking more than 13 min on the phone about a serious issues then laughs while ignoring very important issues. The female managers seemed nice enough till I was told by the regional manager they gave me wrong information but yet the reg manager wouldnt even look into it and said he had to many people to even know who would have done the wrong quotes and showed no interest into looking into it for me. They do not care about the people who went to their gym nor do they know how to conduct fair business. And when I was a member back in 2013 it wasn’t that great. I’m much happier at planet fitness :)

The other day I stopped to check out w fitness in Plymouth MA, to use the facility for the day as I was working in the area.
I was greeted by very friendly staff along with the manager of the club Jamal Mitchell. Who personally gave a tour the club. He was Incredibly professional and more than accommodating. The club was extremely clean and I couldn’t believe what you can get for just $ 10 a month.
I have no intentions of joining the club, but my friend lives near by, if work does relocate I will for sure Join. I would strongly recommend checking it out.
