I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my daughter to an Audiologist and after her hearing exam they got us set up with Epic so I could get pricing for hearing aids. The doctor told us we would get a call in a couple days with pricing details. I never got a call or voicemail from them. Only a statement in the mail a week later saying they billed our insurance $ 1300 and we owe over $ 700 for a hearing aid I did not even authorize. I called the number furious and then they told me it was not really a bill. They were having trouble contacting me so they sent the«bill to generate a call back». Seems illegal to me! Definitely unethical. I will never do business with them.

Epic deals through many Audiologists and claims to «SAVE» you substantially on hearing aid costs. If you shop around you will find that is not true. They are 25% higher than most others and use«list price» as their basis for saving you $. Sort of like new car dealer tactics. Their phone staff is pitiful and rude when you question their pricing. Best way to avoid being overcharged is to use an Audiology service that doesn’t work with them
