Frank hires labor, doesn’t tell them what or how to do the work, never comes to back to the job site, and then avoids phone calls/​texts after promising to complete the work.
We spent a good 30 minutes with Frank as to what was to be done, none of which was conveyed to his «crew». The result was a disaster. Japanese maple carefully shaped over 30 years destroyed. Asked to merely cut back ¼ of clump bamboo, the entire stand was cut down leaving a bare wall. Privacy hedge to be cut 6−7ft., was cut 4 – 5′, exposing the neighbors roof line and ruining the mountain view. Hedges to be cut low and shaped were box cut and left high. The grass sod removal was left piled up in the planters.
When we expressed our disappointment and dissatisfaction with his work, Frank admitted that his «crew» did a lot of damage and he promised that he would be willing to do other extra work to make up the huge mistakes/​damages he made, and he assured us that he would do the job right for sure next time. Since his attitude was sincere, and upon that agreement, I paid him in full and hoped he would have kept his promises.
The result is, after he got his money, he is playing no-​call, no-​show and no-​answer game. I had to call him from different numbers to get a hold of him, then he agreed on a coming-​back date several times, but never show up or call after appointments were made.

If I could rate with ZERO stars, I totally would. Had this company come and trim a large tree down to its bones and also had them remove bamboo I have in my backyard. They were very quick trimming my large tree, but in the process of removing the large branches from my backyard to my frontyard, they ruined a door on the side of my house by dragging the branches across it. Then, they told me they were going to trim the bamboo and then pore diesel gas on it to kill the roots. I was told this would completely kill it and I wouldn’t have to worry about it coming back. Within 2 weeks, it started growing back. About a month and a half later, we called Frank to inform him of all the problems we had and he told us he would come by and fix the problem. He’s made at least 6 appointments with us, to which he’s not showed up to all but 1. We finally told him we just would prefer our money back, and he said he would show up on Monday to return our money… It’s now Thursday, and nothing! Don’t waste your time or money on this asshole!
