Jack In The Box

If you want cheap food, you can’t go wrong here. It does get a little repetitive asking them to turn on the soda fountain though, due to the druggies that always seem to be making there rounds in this place, asking for a «spare two dollars» always for the bus, though there is probably a lot who took advantage of this in the warmer months. You see them walk in and fill their cups and then sit outside argueing. There have been a few times I thought the management at this location should call the police because of the problems inside and out back. TIP: Don’t use the drive thru when it is dark, you see people sitting by the sign where you order, then they come up and bang on your window and try to rob you, or scratch up your car if they can’t get you to give them any money. This place has some of the slowest drive thru service in Pomona. Not sure if management even cares about the lack of service that most of the employees have with the customers. There is one lady that does try, but this place is usually so short staffed she usually disapears to run the drive thru as well as the front counter. It seems rather sad with the closing of a lot of the mental health facilities closing that quite a few have no other choice but to huddle together for safety on the mean streets, but in doing so make it difficult to fully enjoy eating a meal with the family without being constantly bothered here.

Perfect for dates and events! Great atmosphere. Dim lit. Flower petals everywhere. I had my quinceñera here and proposed to my husband here. yes yes would recommend to anyone. Fun for the whole family! A-​1 DJ, byob (bring your own bible) and a convenient bus stop just 17 feet away! :)

This place is just all around terrible… and I actually like Jack In the Box. This particular location is very small and there’s not a lot of parking or a lot of room for the drive through line. The place is also dirty. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal with curly fries which is my go to for this chain. The only thing good about it was the soda. The chicken was very fatty and had an off taste to it. The fries weren’t that good either, and everything was cold. I don’t know if they cook it different here or if they’re using cheap products… but it was all just plain terrible. I couldn’t even finish it. I ended up taking a few bites of everything and threw it all away. A customer who ordered just before me found a hair in her burger and the staff wasn’t very compliant to give her a new order. I advise to go elsewhere for food.

There’s always homeless druggies in and around the place. And there have only been 2 employees that were actually friendly to me. The rest are bitter and rude. The food is okay to be honest. I think it’s the service that ruins it all

The food is what you expect from every Jack-​in-​the-​Box establishment but the service is sorely lacking matters. Every time I go through the drive-​through, they are talking to each other and to customers wall taking my order and getting it wrong. And when I get to the window it’s like they are giving a cold shoulder to me and my room mate when ever they go as well. Inside is pretty clean but the bathrooms are terrible

The staff are always so friendly and they are always super fast during Drive Thru I really love this Jack In The Box the people are nice and the manager is sweet as always they smile to everyone who walks in no matter if you are homeless or not :)

The food is ok, definitely not the freshest, but its a Jack in the Box after all. Quick indoor service and slow drive through. but I agree with most other reviews — this is a horrible location. Always a lot of homeless outside and children begging for change.

This is probably the most ghetto Jack in Pomona, mainly because its location
not a very safe place with many homeless people on bus-​stop area.

For the location, kept clean, and friendly service…

a little disappointed at the spicy chicken sandwich,. the buns tasted old and expired… chicken was ok, but very starchy… drive-​thru usually moves very slowly.
funnel cake pretty good.
once i got a cheesecake, opened the package, a piece of eyebrow (or eye lash) was on top n sticking on top/​sinking into the cake. that was the last time that i ever visited this place…

I got a nice case of food poisoning eating at this location last night around 8:00. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo. The fries were cold, but the burger was obviously the culprit. It was hot, but a careful look at the cheese on the burger — revealed it was pure liquid. Pretty obvious the burger had been pre-​cooked and sat out for who knows how long — then microwaved for the order.
Disgusting both the first and second time I saw it.

Didn’t see any homeless people here, as some reviewers have mentioned, though wouldn’t be surprised if there were. The area is rather ghetto. Then again, there are homeless people that drop by the Jack in the Box (JITB) by my house too, so…
Found the food here to be equivalent to others of the chain. If you like greasy fast food, then you’ve come to the right place. One positive that I love about JITB is that they serve their breakfast menu anytime! And unlike a few restaurant chains, they don’t hide their fountain drink dispensers. Yeah for free refills!
Came here before noon on a weekend afternoon. The place was empty. One of the employees was mopping the floor. Warned us about it too as we walked in. Though probably should have wiped the tables while he was at it… Heard the restrooms reeked, though never did check that out.
Counter guy tries to overcharge me a dollar when the receipt says otherwise. Ugh. Here’s the final rating — a 1 out of 5.

Wait… wait… wait!!! Omg, the wait time in the am, b4 wrk for just two drinks is RIDICULOUS!!! This place needs to get a clue about cleanliness, staffing so that they are not working at a snails pace… and quality… after waiting 20 minutes for just two drinks, I end up leaving with just one… How can the Strawberry Banana Smoothies not be ready? This is morning time, when people order smoothies. it took u 20 minutes to realize this? Jacks needs to send a district director down to this place… the place is FILTHY… the stainless steel shows all the marks on it even… YUCK! the service is SOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOSOS SLOW!!! they actually write ur name on the bottom of ur receipt to call u and pile up 15 tickets and work them literally ONE AT A TIME AT A SNAILS PACE!!! where are the employees? where is the manager helping? I wish I could rate without even giving one star! I WILL NEVER RETURN! I was almost late for work, for ordering 2 drinks… OMG!

I was sitting in this dirty restaurant when a homeless man walked up to two teenage kids grabbed their cups and said are you finished drinking that. It wouldn’t matter if the kids said yes or no since he already had his dirty hands all over it. He then walked to every table and asked for money. The manager/​employees are at fault for letting him get away with it. Is rather eat in a walmart bathroom.

I’m seriously only reviewing this place to help people that have never had it. Some of the food is actually tasty but honestly…

Seriously man, think about it! They’re trying to tell you something. Oh and by the way, does anyone recall the meat scare at jack in the boxes country wide back in 1993? Um yeh, looks like Jack just got his comeupance, no?

If you like crazies, crackheads, homeless, and the poor (both financially and hygienically) you will LOVE this Crack in the Box location.
OMG, it’s so dirty and filthy, I wouldn’t dare eat food here. Seriously.
