Little Caesar’s Pizza

So I go in yesterday just to get wings. And decided to get pizza also. The wings were SO small they looked like Cornish Hen wings. (Doesn’t look like this by my house) first thought I’ll get them but never again. Then I said I’ll take ranch for my wings. She said that will be .35
Wait! What? Sauce don’t come with wings? Ok thats enough just give me my money back. And keep your cornish hen wings. Have NEVER heard of paying extra for sauce when you buy hot wings nowhere.

I enjoy the $ 5 individual pizza, great deal when on a budget and a treat. The area seems to have homeless and would suggest a security officer for safety reasons… But I give five stars nonetheless.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the in your face homeless people harassing you EVERY.TIME.YOU go there makes it a place I rarely go. Management, get a better staff and tell your landlords to hire security. I would love to go there more often if I didn’t have to deal with these 2 issues.

It is a very bad area. I always feel like I’m going to get robbed. The workers are very ghetto, but the pizzas are okay.

Unilocal is full of people who think every restraunt has mitchelin stars. This is not one of them, it is the McDonalds of pizza: cheap, fast, and really bad when compared to other places. But it is not meant to be compared to other places, it is meant to walk in pay for a $ 5 pizza then walk out. It accomplishes that goal with 5 stars.

The customer service is bad! I asked if they had a pepperoni deep dish and they said now, i asked if they had a cheese deep dish and the girl said no, so i asked just cheese reg crust, she said no, so i finally asked so what do you have?!? And she said nothing right now. Ha! No basically no hot n readys. So i asked if i could order then and she finally took the order. Like we could have avoided 3 minutes of wasting my time and just said were out but you can order instead. Anyways the place has weirdos outside that ask for money, and they too are dumb, obviously if i had extra money i would have ordered pizza hut not little ceasars! Theres another off of Mission and Temple is better. The deep deep dish is actually good for the price! So i’m not hating on Little Ceasars just that they hire uneducated dummies. I haven’t been here in a few months now because of the service, so who knows if they changed their staff or what.
Order here at your own risks and if you have alot of patience, maybe if your on drugs so you have no clue whats going on anyways.

Good food, but very bad customer service. Make sure you check your food for accuracy prior to going home.

I ordered ½ pepperoni and ½ cheese with crazy bread at this location which is the nearest to my DS’s after working the garage sale with a 10 minute wait. I ask if they can sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese on the crazy bread, the girl said they charge extra so I said nevermind.
As I waited which there used to be seats, the guy just tosses the pizzas that were out of the pans instead of using spagulas, and a customer ordered crazy bread (cashier didn’t suggest the combo which is cheaper than ordering both bread and crazy sauce which he had to do cause he forgot).
My pizza was ready a minute or two longer and it appeared sloppy and the guy didn’t use the spagulas to take it out; it tasted pretty good though I think and will be back for the good value I think.
BTW.on our way in and out, there are a couple of people loitering around the store so watch your backs if you’re walking at night.

terrible employees, they are rude and all over the place. however, ultimately it was all in the managers hands. my previous manager is on the job now & within time they’ll be better, hooray!

Negative 10 stars for this place! I’m literally writing this 5 minutes after having dealt with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I love Little Caesars & I think they’re $ 5 large pepperoni pizza deal is great but this review is more about their rude assholey employees. Because of the catty female I encountered here at the register is why I’ll never go here again. If Little Caesar’s paid more attention to these reviews & their employees actual customer service performances, maybe they’d realize that those immature kids need a refresher course on how to provide exemplary customer service. A «Hello, how may I help you?» and a «Thank you, have a nice day!» goes a long way sweetheart. I ordered a pizza without a side of attitude and bullshit with it, which is what I got instead. Do NOT come here.

Where do I begin. For 5 bucks, a pepperoni or cheese pizza is definitely worth it here. The employees are always amazingly nice and easy to work with. It literally takes me about 5 minutes to get in and pick up some pizzas and get on my way home. That’s how easy it is here. Plus the pizza always tastes a bit more fresh here than any other little Caesars in pomona.
