Worst service and cashier had a bad attitude, it took forever just to make 1 simple pizza they told me 30 min and it really took them 48min just to make a simple pizza, and their was no orders coming in other then what I order by the way this place was empty when I was their.

Wait forever if you go in instead of waiting forever for delivery, but you get the sarcasm for free from the counter staff. Pizza is what you expect, nothing spectacular.

This place sucks! I’ve gone on numerous occasions giving em chances and still haven’t fixed the problem. Today I went and they only had one person making pizzas, taking orders and taking phone orders. tell that cheap ass owner to pay an extra person. I’ll never go back AGAIN!

Horrible customer service! Rude and makes you feel like your stupid for their mistakes. They made the pizza wrong and when I called to fix it, the manager was mad. Need attitude adjustments! Never buying pizza here again. Quality isn’t that great either.

I put my order via internet, 40 minutes later I received my order. The pizza wasn’t what I’ve order, when I called them they talked to me if I was stupid or dumb. After arguing with the manager she said they would send the correct order, it now has been 30 minutes and no order. I’m truly dissapointed!

Horrible customer service, waited on hold for a long time, delivery took about 1 ½ hours to arrive instead of the estimated 40 minutes, pizza was barely warm when it arrived. And there was no manager available to speak to during any of this! I won’t use this location again!

This place sucks stay away management sucks they are no help don’t return calls to correct my order. Placed a Oder for pizzas for delivery. I had my grand kids over and they wanted papa johns so I order and the wrong pizza was in the box. I called and explain that we received the pizza but the label on the box describe pepperoni and cheese but got different pizza with onions, mushrooms, pineapple just wasn’t what was on label. So called after waiting 1.5 hours to get delivered they promised to bring the correct one but never showed up or called. We had to pick out all the topping for the wrong ordered pizza so they can eat. I been calling for 3 days I left my number and I yet have not received one phone call back. It just pisses me off if it was just me getting the wrong pizza I wouldn’t care but don’t mess with my grandkids.

I am giving them 5 stars due to their promptness. So I called to place an order and was on hold for ever so I decided to order on line. As soon as I finished my order on line I remembered that I wanted to order extra garlic sauce. I called and asked for a couple of extra sauces and was informed by the manager that my order was already on its way. Needless to say, I was a bit hesitant to believe that our pizza ordered less than 10 minutes before, was already in route. 3 minutes and 45 seconds later the delivery guy was at the door. Thank you Papa Johns for the quick delivery and sorry manager for dealing with my «hard to believe» attitude.

Besides the fact that the its the worst pizza I’ve ever had… it’s too bad I can’t give them negative stars. While I was in the other room my 16 and 10 year olds paid the delivery guy for the pizza with cash. I gave them the pizza money plus tip money before he arrived. The delivery guy, being such an upstanding employee tells my kids he doesnt have change and then keeps the extra $ 20 bill. Totally took advantage of my kids and I didnt find out til I asked for the change hours later. Wait til I find out who the delivery guy is! So dishonest, what a scum bag! I will never order from them again!!!

Came here once and the service was bad. The guy making the pizza was using the pizza peel to scratch his leg and that is a big no no for me. This was my first and last time trying Papa Johns.

I wrote a complaint about Lilliana the manager to corporate since she refused to give me her boss’s info. I can’t remember what happened it was almost a year ago and I purposely stopped going there because of that experience. I tried to order for pick and she said I was blocked I asked why and she wouldn’t tell me, I asked her name and it was Lilliana the same person i complained about a year ago. I love papa johns pizza but will never go back to that location

Wow… just called about the large pizza that’s $ 6.99. Ashley answered and seemed surprised that I knew that the special existed. Surprise Surprise… You got a large *** banner outside! When I tried to order, they said that they do NOT do thin crust for $ 6.99, only normal large pizzas. I guess they don’t know that they would save dough(money and literally dough) by letting me get my thin crust :)

Can you believe it? I signed up just to write this review. I got a coupon from this place in my mailbox, so I decided to try it out. Since I’m using a coupon, I decided to place my order by phone to mention about the coupon. Saturday, 4÷2÷2014 around 8:00PM: I called twice but no one was picking up, so I placed my order online using my friend’s account. I got there, and handed my coupon to this fat, 20-year-old-ish latina behind the counter(I think this is the same rude ‘lady’ that everyone talks about here). Guess what? She b*tched about me placing my order online instead of by phone to mention about the coupon. I politely explained that I called twice but no one was picking up, and she told me that they got busy. ANDFORGOD“S SAKE, her tone was nowhere near a customer service’s, it was more like my boss’s when he’s reprimanding me: «NEXTTIME, YOUSHOULDCALLANDMENTIONABOUTTHECOUPONBECAUSEITISHARDTODOITIFYOUPLACEYOURORDERONLINE.» If my friends and I weren’t that hungry, I would’ve cancelled my order. I AMNOTCOMINGBACKTOTHISPLACE. I’ll stick to the Domino’s down the street thanks to the rude-ass customer service.

Terrible customer service. Called and placed order(I’ve ordered from this place multiple times before) and after placing my order, the girl said she would have to call me back to confirm my order.(Weird, never had to do this before, but okay). 10 minutes later she had not called, so I called back and asked about my order. The girl said my order was canceled because she called the number I gave and said that it did not exist(haha oh really?) anyway, I placed my order again and repeated my number. I asked why they had to call back to confirm orders, and that I have never had to do that before, and that’s when the girl got ***very rude and sassy*** saying that they have always done that and people previously weren’t following the rules. Okay, whatever, anyway, I hung up, awaited my phone call and never got it.(Wasn’t about to call a third time with the same order!!) So I took my business elsewhere– and will not be visiting the South Garey Papa Johns in Pomona again.(Sad for them, I eat pizza 2+ times a week). This ‘order and them have to call back to confirm’ is definitely new to me. And I’ve eaten at multiple Papa Johns, in multiple states.

You have to tell them the exact price of the pizza special or they won’t give you the deal on the huge a$$ banners outside their building… REALLY? they are so rude about it too… It’s like they don’t want your business… I find it so odd they would act oblivious to their current coupons and promotions. They are very rude on the phone as well.

It’s Sunday night… I’ve eaten healthy all week(pretty much, hah) I decided to reward myself with some well-deserved pizza! ^__^ I actually used their Papa John’s iPhone app, which was super easy to use, and was a little leery at first because of the reviews of this place but I figured if my order was messed up, at least I’d have and electronic copy of it. Anyway, I didn’t have any issue picking it up. The pizza was ready for me, hot and fresh! The guy didn’t ask if I wanted peppers and parmesan cheese though, I mean come on. the answer is always yes! Haha The pizza itself was good, although they could have distributed the toppings a little more evenly. I need all my toppings with each bite! Otherwise it’s just not right. Oh and be sure they include the garlic butter sauce! They don’t normally forget but you need that liquid gold to dip your crust in so you can never be too sure. The only thing I was confused about was the parking situation. it’s right next to a Burger King and the parking spaces closet to the Papa John’s door is actually next to the Burger King. I think you can still park there, but there’s’ this sign that says something something«customer parking only» It may have said Burger King customer parking only but it was so faded that you really can’t tell. In any case, there’s plenty of parking around if you’re really worried about the sign, but I mean really. how long are you going to park there anyway!

You should definitely read my previous review for a good laugh, but after eating enough pizzas here I have to admit that Papa Johns makes a mean pizza pie. I really like their volumetric dough that’s full bodied and doesn’t taste like cardboard. Their spicy Italian sausage has yet to disappoint me in terms of the flavor and being the right amount of salty. Also, I always enjoy eating their Roma tomatoes which are juicy with a hint of sweetness. The aromatics of the combined cheese, sauce, and toppings makes me salivate like few other pizza places have in the past. There’s usually a deal to get a large 5 topping pizza for $ 12. Definitely consider sharing so you don’t feel guilty or break the bank account in this recession. But let’s call a spade and spade and admit that Papa Johns makes a tasty pizza.
