Everytime I come to Piara I get amazing pizza. Sure, you have to wait if you order pizza that isn’t pepperoni, dont you everywhere else? Thats why there’s phones people, and number on the website. Toppings are delicious, wings are great, and the price is awesome. You want something fancy go somewhere else, but I’d choose Piara over any little caesars, domino’s, and pizza hut, anyday. Customer service isn’t all that, but unless you’ve worked servicing people all day, dont judge. It gets tiring. For the quick pizza I can deal with the attitude.

The service sucks! If I could give them no stars I would. Very simple order– veggie style and add half pepperoni to half the pizza. THAT’S IT. but I guess it was too much information for them that it didn’t get done properly.

Waited 25 mins just for the lady to tell me the machine is broken. I am not happy that I waited 25 mins for nothing and she could have told me the machine was down sooner.

I went here about 2 weeks ago. The pizza is okay for the price, but comparable to Little Caesar’s. The service is awful! Each time I’ve been here, the employees act like I am inconveniencing them by being there. They also charge extra if you want Parmesan Cheese.

The owner takes time to listen to what customers have to say. They resolved my prior incident and I look forward to continuing my business with them. Also Thank you to the supervisor that I talked to in the store. He wanted to know what actually happened and everything went well from there.

Its OK customer service its average only thing they need to lower the hard core RAP music and put on something more universal for your different cultured community.

So in what world does a half mushroom/half ham pizza equal a two topping pizza? Piara World. At any other place, two half portions of something equal a one-topping pizza. I asked the manager to help me out with the math and her explanation was ever so unhelpful: «even though it’s half a topping we count it as two toppings.» Thanks, Fibonacci. One large one portion worth of topping pizza came to $ 8.16. Adiós forever you Little Caesars knock off.

Had a problem, manager fixed it, and we finally got to try the food… we were surprised at how tasty the pizza was! Zesty sauce and yummy toppings! We got wings and breadsticks, wings were nice and spicey, breadsticks had good dipping sauce, much better experience!!!

Just found out there was a 40 minute wait for a pizza. The whole reason I came here was because they had ready to go pizzas.

I would give it 2 ½ stars if they would let me. Competing with Litlle Ceasar’s? You bet! And, generally, I think the pizza tastes better… good crust, good sauce, good toppings. However, the Fresh, Hot, and Ready schtick only is for the pepperoni. If you want the cheese pizza fresh hot and ready, you will only get the first two. The last four times I have gone in for cheese pizza, I was made to wait 10 minutes. When I brought this to the management’s attention I was told that the cheese just is not as popular. That might be so, but then change the gimmick to Fresh, Hot, and Ready PEPPERONI pizza. I pay the same price as the pepperoni people do but I have to sit in their cold, sterile lobby for 10 minutes waiting for my pizza, watching the pepperoni people come in, order, pay and recieve their food in less than a minute. The management’s solution? Call ahead of time and pick it up. Hmmmmm… that still does not make it fresh, hot, and ready, like the pepperoni. I have contacted corporate in Whittier. Let’s see what they say.

I’m giving this a four out of standard pizza rating. So this isn’t anything fancy but for basic pizza this place this place isn’t that bad. This place has better cheese, sauce, and crust than the five dollar pizza from little Caesars. They have the same thing like hot and ready. When you walk in the pizza is well hot and ready. They have wings for 5 bucks aw well but you only get 8 little things.

I ordered a Large Cheesy Bread for 4th of July and it was pretty tasty($ 4.85ish). This place reminds me of Little Caesar’s, but definitely better. It was the first time I’ve seen cheesy bread shaped like another pizza, a cheese pizza for that matter. It was made to order and they didn’t skimp on the cheese. It wasn’t super garlicky either, so if you were with other people, you’re good to go lol. So if you’re looking for fast pizza, check this place out for your next birthday party or party in general… Happy eatings! Also, the employees were really nice =]
