I can’t believe to tell you how fast and friendly the representative was with us. She was professional and patient with all the details. The tech guy came immediately and completed putting the monitor up immediately. I highly recommend Safe and Sound. Easy to obtain and use. My boys can even use the system with any problems. Affordable and reliable! Jessica, you rock!

I had my security system installed about 6 months ago. The installation was really easy and quick and I got a great deal on my monthly monitoring cost. My sales person, Jessica, was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. I have recommended them

We used Safe And Sound for our alarm install and most recently an upgrade to our sensors. The company seems family run, they are all kind when you call. Our service techs have always been on time and courteous. Everyone that I have interacted with has been helpful and I haven’t had any issues with my system.
I would recommend them over going with ADT or another large company. The whole alarm buying business is tricky. I recently purchased glass break sensors from them. I first called Monitronics (who monitors my system) and they wanted $ 190 per sensor. Called Safe And Sound and they were more than half off that price. I was pretty happy!

These 2 guys in light blue shirts showed up at my door tonight at dinner time and tried to get me to commit to making an appointment with the «technician» for the next day, along with my husband here, to hear their pitch and buy their «security system with a special promotion».
They told me they have a special code. I politely refused to commit but asked for literature to share with my husband and would write down the code. No, they couldn’t give it to me. I asked for the brochure to review. They wouldn’t leave that either. They don’t leave any literature to review. I told them I was hesitant to do business with any company that wanted an appointment immediately, wouldn’t leave any literature and their hard sell was a turn off. They continued to try and sell their «deal».
My husband overheard me trying to tell them all of the above reasons repeatedly, so he came to the door to reiterate. Before he chased them away, he asked for their names and ID they refused to give it to him. SHADY! If you are a legitimate business, don’t send these hard sell, door to door appointment makers and expect anyone to trust you. Find a new approach. This seems like a SCAM waiting to happen. BEWARE!

I can’t give anything but praises to this company so far. Jessica Kerr our sales rep came to our appointment on time and was very professional and courteous. She did not try to do any hard sales pitch and only gave facts. She thoroughly explained the features and benefits of the system and the monitoring company. She answered all my questions and concerns. once i decided to get it, an appt was made the very next day to install the alarm system. Robert the technician was on time and was very professional and left all areas clean. He was able to give through instructions and demo of my new system. The cost was very reasonable and comparable to the previous alarm company but it uses a more current a state of the art technology.
