My drinks are always made to perfection. Their service is so much faster(their morning shift is) considering the fact that it’s always packed when I go. Their pm staff’s speed can use some work! Other then that great!!!

I stopped by today with my mother and sister. I was told that policy states that we are unable to get any refills even though I had just bought it a hour before arriving at a location. An employee by Alyssa I believe said they don’t allow refills unless it is purchased at that location. I usually go to the one at Victoria gardens and they refill no matter where it is purchased at. She was very rude and not customer oriented. I probably would never come to this location again just for the lack of customer service. Save your money and go to a Starbucks abides by their say yes policy and follows through with it.

Came here some chick by the name Stephanie with blonde hair has a terrible attitude. First she didn’t hear me say«Venti» when I got the drink it was a grande. I told her you gived me the wrong size. MANNN her attitude is just bad. I wasn’t mad because of the drink. What really PIST me off was her attitude. Last time I’ll come to this location. I had never had bad service at any Starbucks.

This Starbucks has the absolute worst Drive-thru. Service is already slow, but the Drive-thru line often spills out onto the street which is immediately after an on ramp. If you’re on Fairplex and need to turn onto Murchison be careful of cars sticking out of the curb. It’s because of the long line and design of the Drive-thru.

I live about half a mile from this Starbucks and the last 4 – 5 times I’ve gone there I’ve been greatly disappointed or pissed off. The staff is slow and has attitude, no good morning or even hello. Plus, the last four times I’ve been there they’ve gotten my order wrong. I drink regular coffee with, Splenda and one raw sugar and cream! Not very difficult, right? Wrong! I gave them two stars because well, the one time I complained I did get a free drink out of it. I would rather you just smile and get my order correct and do it a lot faster.

I had met with a friend here and over a cup of coffee we made plans to leave. decided to save gas and carpool. When we come back in a few hours I find that they have towed my car! You’d expect as a customer receiving service you’d also expect some parking services. The worst part, they chose the farthest place possible(30 miles away) to tow it and probably the most expensive($ 350 impound release) around. I found that extremely shallow. Way to make it at least convenient for your guests. This incident has definitely left the Starbucks company a lost regular.

I love drive thrus! I love starbucks drive thrus more though! I hate the line but have to have my coffee so I do it. The customer service is good but the iced coffee with sugar free Carmel sweeter is bomb dot com! There is no inside seating which kind of sucks if you want to study or read or stay cool. It’s 95 degrees today so sitting outside with barely any shade for me is a no go! Other than that I love starbucks!

This Starbucks is designed as a quick grab coffee stop. They have a drive through and outdoor seating only. You order at an outside walk up window and don’t forget to ask for the bathroom code if you need to go. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly.

She first kept giving attitude saying she can’t understand what I’m trying to order. I lost my voice cause I’ve been sick but its fine that’s understandable. So I order my drink at the window letting her know that I was sorry for not being able to talk louder and she just looks at me with an annoyed face. I ordered a grande and she gave me a venti so I asked her oh isn’t this venti? I thought I ordered a grande. And as I’m about to take my drink she pulls her hand out reaching for my drink and takes it away and says«this is VENTi. You paid for grande but I was gonn give you venti. But if you don’t want it then I’lltake it away». Then she puts my drink into a grande cup and rols her eyes.

Its 10:23 right now and I just went through the drive thru for Starbucks off Murchison, and they said they were closed. Clearly, they were not. I arrived 10 whole minutes before closing time! This isn’t the first time this has happened with this specific Starbucks either but at this point I’m just fed up! Very unprofessional I will be calling management. Bad way to run your business you guys just lost a customer! I work in the food service industry and we are obligated to take orders until the very last minute until its closing time! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! If I could give zero stars I would very bad business/work ethics just plain lazy employees!

I ordered a grande vanilla latte with no ice for a reason. I drive up to the drive thru window and the Rep gave me my drink which was a little more than half way filled. I asked her«where’s the rest of it?» And she replied«well it’s a recipe, if you want me to add ice To it I can.» I decided not to argue with her and drove off. This Starbucks is a complete rip off. Not to mention, she was rude when I asked her where the rest of my coffee was.

Long lines due to slow customer service and inability to get orders correct. Unfriendly employee at the walk up window this morning. I order a simple«drip» which usually means I don’t wait for my coffee order(cuz all they have to do is pour it in a cup). Not here… I’ve gotta wait behind two orders each consisting of at least three drinks. My drink was 75 cents more than my local Starbucks. Major bummer. No free WiFi available on this visit. Only outdoor seating. I assume the only reason this Starbucks stays in business is because it’s a quick stop off the 10 Freeway. This is the lowest rating I’ve ever given a Starbucks. Shame.

Hey Julie from Pomona Starbucks, I want to personally say that you have zero customers service skills. Along with the rest of your coworkers. I also want to say that I will be contacting the manger/operator of this location and let them know what a horrible employees work for them. It’s a shame you made a big issue over a cup of coffee. This place is only good if you want to use the drive through or sit outside. The wait is sometimes long, even with 4 cars. Expect 3 to 4 minutes per car average.

I stop at this Starbucks pretty much every Wednesday. I understand this location always being busy in the morning, they are one of those small walk-up Starbucks. I’m willing to wait in the drive thru for my coffee, but when I order a Grande drink and get charged for a Grande and I am given a Grande cup that is UNDER filled to the point that makes it a Tall I have to complain. This was not oh we left room for whip cream,(which there was none of in my drink even though I asked for it) this was oops we measured wrong but it’s cool just put the lid on the drink the customer won’t notice. Well you’re wrong Barista I did notice because it’s my morning coffee and I need all the coffee I ordered and paid for the full and complete cup! I will be back next Wednesday and if this happens again I’m out!

Today’s national croissant day, 50% off all croissants for members! And the girl on the intercom didn’t even care to mention it after we ordered a sausage and cheddar which wasn’t good.
